Very friendly staff. Some docks are under water but they have taken steps to make them safer. Only issue was trying to find my slip after the office had closed. I knew the slip number but the numbers were underwater. If you plan to arrive after the office closes I suggest you ask them to mark the piling at the end of your slip ( perhaps put a red bucket on it) so you can easily find it. From a safety standpoint I hate seeing power cords ( and a few extension cords) submerged in the water.

This was our first time here, probably won’t come back. The marina needs some updates/ maintained. We are not very picky we are very easy going. It seems that the seasonal members don’t care to clean up after themselves or take pride. In the restrooms toilets were not being flushed, doors were barely on. Garage all over the docks. The pool area was nice but the hot tub timer was broken. One the 2 barmaids were nice. Really

Overall we were pleased with our stay. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Communication from the office was lacking. I was told early in the week that I would be receiving an email with our well # and marina information. I had to call the office Friday afternoon and also sent a message via the Dockwa app. While the office was responsive with an answer, I shouldn’t have had to follow up.

Very friendly atmosphere! Nice Tiki bar and pool, within easy ten-minute Uber distance of downtown Detroit attractions. Staff are very accommodating. Excellent security. We used a play as an excuse for a boat ride (or vice-versa, depending on whom you asked), and stayed a couple of days, with three boats. Not a lot of guest wells, I don't believe, so reserve early if you have a hard date you need to get in for, as we did, especially if coming in with more than one boat.
