Eau Gallie Yacht Basin was great. Very reasonable. The owner, Mike, greeted us, and because of a major problem with my left knee, he allowed us to use a golf cart to go to the restuarant in town called Pinneapple, which we recommend.
The access channel looks "scary" but we made it fine with a 5'10" draft.

Amazing! If you happen to be there over a Wednesday evening the boaters all have a pot luck at the gazebo and the kindness of the boat owners past and present that come is to be commended. Easy to get in, great service. Owner lives on adjacent property and is always there. Very nice family atmosphere.

Harbormaster Miles very accommodating, and watched our boat while we were gone an extended time. There’s a cool little community here, with good facilities for boaters. Shopping is an easy bike ride or uber away. Very protected from weather.

Small marina but a nice stay after high winds and 2-3 footers on the ICW. Mike was very helpful. Squid Lips and Pineapples were great places to eat and both walkable.

The marina at the Eau Gillie Yacht Basin was great. The facilities were great including the docks, laundry, showers, grounds, etc.. One of the best marinas we have stayed with while doing the Great Loop. Mike the owner was beyond helpful. He caught our lines when we docked, talked about the marina, amenities, what was around etc., really made us feel at home. It is a nice marina though somewhat cramped. I have a 55' trawler and we were the second boat in on most of a week stay. Three days had a catamaran at the outside dock severely limiting departure space which the dockmaster to his credit came out and helped. The bathroom are nice, the laundry only OK, power no problems. The town of Eau Gallie is only a short walk away. Overall a good stay.

This is our second extended stay at Eau Gallie Yacht Basin. We love it here! It is well protected and there is no tide here. The owners are great to work with and live on site. Dave and Pedro provide help for anyone who needs it and the owner of the on site canvas shop (Karen) helps with repairs too! Thank you!!!

Older marina but appears well cared for. The slips and fairways are narrow and tight. Well protected from wind and there is no tide.

Staff is very customer friendly. The marina owner will assist you upon arrival if he can. The atmosphere is welcoming, with Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and a pavilion with chairs. Most slips are narrow for monohulls, but my 41' x 15' fit. Docks are fixed, and finger piers are short. The parking lot is gravel, i.e. dusty. I liked it overall, and would stay again, in spite of having to use Dockwa to secure a slip.

Very nice quiet spot. Nice area to walk to several places to eat or drink and shop.
Older facility with owner/operator on site. Lovely area for Boaters to gather.

The Eau Gallie Yacht basin has been providing dockage and services to boaters since 1896. Located on the West side of the ICW on the beautiful Eau Gallie River (formerly named the Elbow Creek) in the historic Eau Gallie Arts District of Melbourne. There are 60 modern slips accommodating boats to 75 plus feet.
