Excellent people there, everyone is very helpful met some nut At the bar and told me to move I was sitting in her seat WHILE I was eating dinner with my wife but other than that the place is always wonderful!!

We enjoy storing our boat at Safe Harbor Burnt Store, they take good care and assist in maintaining our boat. All of the staff are professional and friendly. I recommend them to anyone wanting boat storeage in the Cape Coral area.

Not happy at all with the experience. We arrived with a tropical storm approaching. There was confusion with our reservation. We were made to feel unwelcome. We left after 4 days due to issues with the staff, the cost of our stay, also no power, docks underwater. The marina took full payment on day two even though we were told payment wasn't due till the end of our stay. We were told we could extend our stay to 4 weeks when we reserved. Then told no after we arrived. Still waiting on our refund

Great place to stay. Easy in and out. If you come in after 5pm no one to assist on the dock. We arrived at 5:06pm and they are gone. Also hard to contact them on vhf no answer. Had to call on phone.

Transient docs aren’t that great the pedestals are old they have no lights on them other boaters were using flashlight to walk up and down the docks electricity wasn’t working on ours I could go on but I definitely won’t be back.

Our stay at Burnt Store was fantastic. The docks are in great shape. They have plenty of tie points. The food and entertainment was great. The bathroom and showers were good.

Staff at Burnt Store Marina are a 10 out of 10. I needed a mechanic and Jordon had one on my vessel within 30 minutes. Marina has a shuttle that takes you over to the clean and comfortable pool.

Our stay this time was perfect! We were docked at the end of G dock which gave us a nice breeze in the morning and the evening. The dock hands were great! We had two great meals at Cass Cay, a lunch and a dinner. And the Trading Post was convenient for a breakfast and a lunch and of course ice cream. We definitely plan on coming back this summer.

We recently stayed at Burnt Store & the staff was great! After docking with them for a few days we had picked up & dropped off (at the fuel dock) some family for 2 different trips and they were very accommodating!!! The restaurant is also very good & It’s always nice to see our favorite waitress, Sherry! We will definitely stay there every time we are in the area!!
