Walking distance to Fabulous produce market, seafood market, coffe shop with scrumptious baked goods, interesting shops all at Viking Village. Small grocery nearby, Poopys ice cream and Rubels restaurant!! Excellent marina staff and outstanding facility. Clean restrooms, no shower or laundry.

Barnegat Light has not changed much in the last 50 years. However, Bayview Harbor was recently renovated with no expense spared as it related to the marina and docks. It is a first class marina with
floating docks, shelter and easy access. Ken from the marina called me before my arrival, his crew helped us tie up, and we enjoyed the quaint town for 24 hours. If you wanna spend a night in Barnegat Light by boat, Bayview Harbor is a fine place within walking distance of everything Barnegat Light has to offer.

This is my second stay at Bayview Harbor. I love this place. One of my favorite stops. The dockmaster and dock hands are super helpful and friendly. And a bonus is that the other boaters at this marina are always so friendly and helpful as well.

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to lend us tools and a shore power cord when ours failed at the dock. Will definitely make this a normal stop on my routes up the coast from now on.

Got a transient slip for a night in the north basin. The docks were great and the onshore facilities were fine. Ken, the dockmaster, was very nice and helped us tie up when we arrived. We visited the nearby state park, ate at a nice restaurant, and my wife did some shopping. All this was close by within walking distance. I discovered a minor mechanical issue right before we left. The marina had the part in stock at a reasonable price and helped us change it out before we headed home. We will go back again, but will probably stay two nights rather than one.

Had a waterpump go out on us and had it overnighted, they called us as soon as the part was delivered. Everyone was friendly. Close walk to small stores and the beach as well.

Super Friendly staff. Great location near Barnegat Light in a calm area with little current or waves. Very quiet at night. Beautiful new docks with power and water. Only downside was large distance to showers.

Beautiful, quiet marina. Everything is really clean and well-maintained. The dock master, Ken, was extremely helpful, guiding us to our slip and offering suggestions on things to do in the area. Can’t wait to go back!
About Bayview Harbor
Bayview Harbor is conveniently located halfway between NY Harbor and Cape May, in historic Barnegat Light, NJ. The marina is in a protected harbor close to the easily-accessible Barnegat Inlet and is within walking distance of restaurants, boutiques, galleries and the Viking Village fishing fleet and shops. We are also close to bay and ocean beaches, public parks, a dog park and Old Barney, our historic lighthouse. We are a family and pet friendly marina.
Bayview Harbor includes two adjacent marina basins with 150 floating docks. The marina serves boats from 25 to 120 feet in length. The north basin was completely rebuilt in 2022 and all slips in both basins include water and 30, 50 or 100 amp electrical service. The marina offers gas and diesel fuel, a 40-ton travel lift, mechanical and hull services, a ship store and winter storage.
