I had some difficultly initially when attempting to place reservations, but was assisted above and beyond by Savannah, the Assistant GM. Good service is always appreciated, outstanding service has become a rarity and outstanding service is exactly what Savannah provided for us. She clearly has a true talent for identifying issues and provides solutions, all while being a very pleasant person to deal with. We travel a good bit on our boat and I can say that Savannah sets the service and knowledge bar well above the norm! What an asset to have a person like Savannah on staff, we will definitely be returning to Marina Jack!!!

The marina is great, with nice clean bathrooms/showers and laundry facilities. Plus, there's a excellent restaurant onsite that offers live music and an awesome harbor view. The only real issue we had was noise, due to the proximity of the downtown area. However, that also meant many stores/restaurants were within easy walking distance. We also used the Lyft service to visit the Ringling Museum, which is highly recommended.

It is broken which means anyone has access to the dock.

Very overpriced for me! Quality floating docks, nice bathrooms and showers but as usual it is a hike. Restaurants on site. Easy walk to town and things to do. Can’t get them to answer the phone. Gate locks and bathroom locks were not working.
Buddy boat anchored next to marina ( not mooring field) had dinghy stolen and after talking to marine patrol found out this is common….be aware!!!!!

- Great facilities (floating docks, clean bathrooms, fuel, and two restaurants on site)
- Perfect location, right next to downtown Sarasota
- Friendly, welcoming, knowledgable staff
- Unfortunately, during our three day stay, we were without power for a substantial amount of time. It was localized to the dock where our slip was, so not an outage of the entire marina
- They no longer provide day passes for parking. However, the free valet parking is a good alternative to that

The stay was good but we were disappointed when they never answered up as we approached the Marina. They finally got on the radio and said we needed to go to the fuel dock to get our dock assignment. No easy task with a 41’ Sailboat. The dockhand ended up yelling our assignment. To add insult to injury it was the only transient dock that already had a boat in it. Crappy crappy service.

Marina Jack is an iconic marina-based hospitality center that boasts 298 wet slips for vessels up to 185' and over 20 boat lifts for vessels up to 40,000 lbs. Marina Jack specializes in transient dockage and cruise club accommodations for visitors who want to explore nearby Downtown and events near the famous Sarasota Bayfront. Take in some of the many attractions in a few nights or secure one of our 316 slips on an annual basis. The Marina includes full amenities including bathrooms, launderette, concierge shuttle, and ship’s store.
Our floating transient slips come with free Wi-Fi, cable, water, 30/50/100 amp single and three phase power, and a pump-out at every slip. All of our floating docks are secure and protected by a gate code that changes monthly.
With Downtown Sarasota in our own backyard, great restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Our friendly staff is always ready to help lend a hand and assist with lines.
Having some engine or generator issues? Accidentally snag a crab trap caught in your prop? Our Yacht Services Department is conveniently located on-site, and can promptly repair your vessel while staying on our transient dock. Our professional contractors are experienced in all varieties of systems associated with power & sailing vessels.
