Marina Staff were all very friendly , efficient and professional. One disappointment was our meal at the restaurant. We had a group of six, the service was good but 3 out of the 6 had fish and chips (fresh grouper) that was very dry and of poor quality. Having said that, they did take one off of the check. We will be back!

Really expensive and not a lot of amenities, except for the restaurant. The bathrooms are really far walk. Staying on your own boat shouldn't cost like staying in a hotel.

Very nice, well protected marina. Staff were responsive, very friendly & helpful. Dock was easily accessed & in great condition. The bathroom/shower rooms were wonderful (private toilet & shower suites) & clean. The entry channel is deep & well marked. The marina is downtown & easy walking access to restaurants (including the ones onsite) and shopping.

Beautiful marina with great facilities. Helpful staff. Our disappointment stems from when we got fuel. The staff made the decision to run our credit card twice- once for each tank. They never mentioned the volume discount. When we asked for the discount they refused to give us the volume discount even though we purchased more than the 300 gallons required. Very irritating given the amount of $ charged for slip and fuel. The amount of discount was a drop in the bucket compared to what we spent in total. Very shortsighted.

It was normal, but they charged 1.00 more per. foot than they did other times, never really said why. That’s $ 44.00 a day more, like for the 4th of July, or NewYears eve rates, and we have done both events before . So unless they give us a regular rate moving forward on during the week times, Monday, Tuesday. We probably won’t be back anymore. 😒

First time staying at Marine Jacks and it was well worth the money. You eat off the bathroom floors they were so clean. The staff was amazingly helpful as well.

We spent three days on a mooring and one in a slip. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are excellent. We had an issue when we moved to a slip because they kept trying to put our catamaran in a slip that was not wide enough. They finally put us on an end dock that had plenty of room.

We tied up there for two days. The staff was professional and friendly, gave us good instructions on finding our slip and helped us get in and tied up. The facilities are modern and clean. We did not buy fuel nor pump out, so I can't comment. The place has three restaurants, two of which we patronized: the informal place on the water had good food and cheerful staff. The more formal, upstairs restaurant was outstanding. The location of this marina is close to downtown Sarasota. We did not note any current that would interfere with maneuvering or docking.

Marina Jack specializes in transient dockage and cruise club accommodations for visitors who want to explore nearby Downtown and events near the famous Sarasota Bayfront. Take in some of the many attractions in a few nights or secure one of our 316 slips on an annual basis. The Marina includes full amenities including bathrooms, launderette, concierge shuttle, and ship’s store.
Our floating transient slips come with free Wi-Fi, cable, water, 30/50/100 amp single and three phase power, and a pump-out at every slip. All of our floating docks are secure and protected by a gate code that changes monthly.
With Downtown Sarasota in our own backyard, great restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Our friendly staff is always ready to help lend a hand and assist with lines.
Having some engine or generator issues? Accidentally snag a crab trap caught in your prop? Our Yacht Services Department is conveniently located on-site, and can promptly repair your vessel while staying on our transient dock.
