Good Marina-helpful staff, good electric, pool , hot tub, golf cart to borrow, and bicycles. There is a restaurant on site. What's not to like.

We had a wonderful time at Jekyll Island Marina. Jekyll Island is a magical place and the marina was a perfect place from which to explore. The staff members were friendly and attentive and the facilities were comfortable and secure, even during the high winds we experienced a few times during our extended stay.

Very friendly staff, very much enjoyed Jovaughn. He was very accommodating and friendly. You could tell he knew the marina like the back of his hand!

Samantha is the best!

Only stayed one night, but enjoyed it, great deck crew and Samantha to welcome us, nice protected dock. Well located to explore the island, especially with the courtesy bikes (courtesy golf cart was enjoyed for couple quick items at the store). Sadly too cold for the pool or hot tub, but had a great lunch at Zacharys, and appreciated the well cared for marina.

My experience with dry storage at Jekyll Harbor was excellent. My boat was secure and safe from the elements inside a clean and well maintained storage barn. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Call Samantha and she will initiate the launch of your boat or kindly answer any questions you might have. The owner, Zack, as well as Chris, Jovon and the other staff members will take care of your boating needs professionally in a friendly atmosphere.

Good solid well maintained floating docks. Great dockhands to help docking and undocking and super friendly office staff. The free golf cart and bikes to tour the island were awesome! Nice clean bathrooms and showers and a nice looking small pool (though it was too cold to try it!)

Nice place to wait out a storm before heading back outside. Very nice staff. Only negative is no hours posted online or on marina office, had to leave without refueling.

To the broader boating community and particularly to those from St. Simons Island and Savannah, where I've lived for the past 23 years, I want to share an important message. As a business owner and seasoned boater, I strongly encourage the Jekyll Harbor Marina owners to invest in their staff's training in management, communication, hospitality, and customer service. Jekyll Island is a wonderful destination and a convenient stop for boaters from the Atlantic and ICW. However, my experiences lead me to question if boater safety and hospitality are always prioritized, especially for those of us who are transient, as opposed to local supporters. Boaters are inherently adaptable and capable of handling various challenges, from tough weather to less-than-ideal marina management, so this is more of a cautionary note than a deterrent. It's also important to acknowledge the bright spots in these experiences. A heartfelt thank you to Jovan at the marina, whose exceptional service and spirit have been a consistent highlight over the years, both while living in St. Simons Island and now in Florida. His efforts are a testament to the positive impact that dedicated individuals can have.

For many reasons, this is one of our favorite stops on the ICW. We will be back.

Fourth visit and as good as last three. Jovan and Chris were helpful as always. Looking forward to Shrimp & Grits again this year. Second visit this year. Always a pleasure. Came up for Shrimp and Grits festival and marina was full! Most transients were there for the festival. This year they had a pontoon to shuttle guests from the marina to the dock at the Wharf. The dockhands, Chris and Jovan, were very helpful. We stayed on the boat this time and used the showers. Very clean! This one of our favorite trips from Jax. One of the nicest quaint marinas we have stayed at. We will be back.
