This was our second time here, and it was just as nice. The dock hands are skilled and courteous - they know their marina and the currents and wind and how to best handle any conditions for docking. Their advice was very helpful. There are courtesy golf carts you can use for 1.5 hours at a time, a pool, clean restrooms and showers, laundry, and even a restaurant on site. It's secluded and serene and sits right on the ICW, so access is easy. Highly recommend.

The location was fabulous, although be forewarned, we entered the creek from the north end at mid high tide with a 5'6" draft and dragged bottom twice. All of the Marina personnel are super helpful (Sam in the office and Ben on the dock) and great to have access to the golf carts to pop into town and short island tours for our 2 day transient stay. The restaurant on site has delicious fresh fish/seafood. Definitely on our repeat list.

Nice place to visit as always. The shaded pool, bikes, and golf cart are great amentities. Jekyll Creek north of the marina is shallow, as usual. Come at high tide.

We actually ended up staying at Jekyll Harbor for a year. Jekyll Island is a Preserve. Kept up beautifully. Brunswick just around the corner is a small town with a lot going on. The marina. Great marina with stunning sunsets. The staff, dock master, dock hands are absolutely the best. Professional but also like family. If you have a chance, stop.

We’ve traveled from Chicago on our way to South Florida. Excellent marina in all aspects. Wonderful restaurant. Highly recommend a stop here. As always Jekyll Island is spectacular!

Samantha proactively reached out to us while we were sailing up the icw. To make sure that we were going to make it. They got us into our slip quickly and took care of everything we needed. Justin did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend this marina; nice, clean, quiet, good price. Great staff.

Revisit June 10, 2024: All comments below still relevant. We stayed two nights this time to explore more of the island and beaches. The golf cart helps a bunch… The staff was very helpful and courteous. Nice to have free golf cart for 90 minutes and bicycles to use. Good restaurant on site. Historic town nearby-within bike or cart, and also the beach. The Jekyll Island Club and its history was very cool. Restrooms/showers fair.

We loved our stay here. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the island. The pool was clean and warm but refreshing. We made use of the golf carts and the bicycles to explore the island. We enjoyed happy hour at the restaurant. Our favorite coffee shop was The Pantry at the historic Jekyll Island Club Resort. The family atmosphere at the marina made us want to stay longer.

6/3/24: Another great Memorial Day Weekend. And another great stay at JHM. Good to see our friends, Jovan and Chris, helpful as always. They make you feel welcome. Fourth visit and as good as last three. Jovan and Chris were helpful as always. Looking forward to Shrimp & Grits again this year. Second visit this year. Always a pleasure. Came up for Shrimp and Grits festival and marina was full! Most transients were there for the festival. This year they had a pontoon to shuttle guests from the marina to the dock at the Wharf. The dockhands, Chris and Jovan, were very helpful. We stayed on the boat this time and used the showers. Very clean! This one of our favorite trips from Jax. One of the nicest quaint marinas we have stayed at. We will be back.
