Everyone was very friendly. The restaurant was amazing… we just wish they would take reservations. Not being able to get a firm dinner time was a little bit stressful but as it turns out, it was no problem with us just showing up and getting a table. Even so, we are planners and would prefer to have made a reservation for the four of us. The blueberry muffins are incredible and we are grateful for those treats. The morning balls appear to be well maintained. While we did not take advantage of the free pump out, the fact that it’s there is a tremendous benefit to boaters and the environment. We would stay there again.

I hesitate to write this review but I feel compelled to share my experience with people that boat like we do, on long journeys to Maine.
The dolphin inn and Marina is in an amazing place. The natural beauty is spectacular. The dock staff was great, and the dolphin restaurant was very very nice. Great food and better service. They clearly have it going on.
I keep my boat at Kingman Yacht Center. Kingman is a Marina that has a restaurant (the Chart Room) The Dolphin inn and Marina is an inn and a restaurant that has docks. If I lived within an hour boat ride, it would be a regular lunch and dinner destination. But as an overnight visitor, its just too risky, unless you know the forecast before going.
We were on day 13 of a 37 day journey to Maine. I made my reservations whenever Dockwa opened, I think April. I knew that the docks were exposed ro the south/southwest, but I took a chance. Unfortunately, the day we arrive was small craft warnings from the southwest. We had a good dock location, but the boat rocked and rolled until the early morning hours. Something that we are not used to. If the wind was light or from another location, it would be fine, but the prevailing winds effect the docks.
I knew I was taking a chance, and I'm sorry it didn't work out. we left after 1 night because of the weather.
The team was great and our restaurant experience was special.

Absolutely amazing-from the dock attendants greeting upon arrival to the coffee and muffins delivered in the morning -this marina stands out! Professional, helpful, friendly at the marina and in the restaurant. Our meals were top notch. We highly recommend the Dolphin Marina and look forward to returning.

Beautiful marina with great staff, a wonderful restaurant and lobster house and a million dollar view of Casco Bay. We stayed on a mooring ball for 2 nights and slept well. The complimentary coffee and blueberry muffins delivered to our boat was a real treat! Stay private, and don't let the corporate pirates steal away this gem!

One of the prettiest spots in Casco Bay to wake up to in the morning, made all the better when the dock crew brings complimentary muffins and coffee to the dock and mooring field. What a treat!

Our favorite place, helpful friendly staff in an idyllic setting, it doesn’t get much better. Our only wish would be for a small store to buy some Dolphin merch and other incidentals while underway.

Really fabulous, best experience we’ve had at a marina so far. When we arrived someone came out in the launch and made sure we knew where everything was and what to expect, we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, and the delivery of muffins and coffee in the morning was perfection itself!

I came to the Dolphin Marina for the first time in September. A friend had recommended it and told me about the blueberry muffins brought out to boats on moorings in the morning. I was sure that since we were past Labor Day, there'd be no muffins. I was way wrong. Not only were there muffins both mornings, they brought coffee too ... and it was good coffee! The location is great and everything about coordinating with the marina went swimmingly. Highly recommended! And I will definitely be back next season.
About Dolphin Marina & Restaurant
PLEASE BE ADVISED :
SHORTAGE OF WATER: the facility operates on a drilled well and purchase all our water to service the restaurant and marina needs. Due to shortages of water supply we are unable to offer water. Please fill tanks before arrival. Please contact us before arrival if you have questions.
All overnight vessels MUST have attendees on them during their stay the marina. Vessels ARE NOT allowed to be left unattended overnight.
WEATHER: if severe weather is forecasted, marina may cancel reservations.
CHECK IN : After 3:00 PM ET
CHECK OUT : Before 10:00 AM ET
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a day of cancellation or no show, reservation is charged at 100%. Vessels must arrive at during posted business hours to secure reservation. There will be no charge if a reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before reservation.

Our marina facility is centrally located in the heart of Casco Bay, the gateway to Downeast Maine. Sitting at the tip of Basin Point, on the water's edge of Pott's Harbor we are a premiere destination for seasonal mariners, transient boaters, and cruising yacht clubs exploring the coast of Maine. With direct, deep water access from the ocean, and protected by the surrounding islands of Bailey, Haskell, Flag, Eagle, Horse, Birch, and Whaleboat, Pott's Harbor is a picturesque harbor to enjoy for a few hours, while you have lunch, or a few days, while you explore secluded coves, pebbly beaches, and even a lighthouse, Half-Way Rock.
