The guys working the dock were great. We needed help docking due to the wind.

Parking was great. Workers were very helpful. There was no lights on the way out on the dock. There was no wristbands for us when we got there, and when we tried to get back to the dock after the concert, they told us that we couldn’t go down there because no people were allowed down there and everybody had to leave to the main entrance. I had to explain to them that my boat was down there they said nope everybody must leave through the main entrance. I said how do I get to my boat from the main entrance and they had no idea that people had boats down there. They ended up radioing supervisors who finally let us down to our boat. Hopefully next concert. These little bugs are worked out.

Friendly, great service! Hot day and nobody was crabby. Clean docks, clean port-a-potty, and a golf cart ride if you wanted it to the venue! I would also say that posting which side to go for the numbered slips would help. We just shouted over.

People are very helpful!! Great way to go to a concert. No traffic. Great for me because our dock Is 5 minutes across the water, and the 5 minutes home. Fun!!! Best way to go

Very welcoming staff! Went out of the way to make sure all our needs were met! Well definitely will book a dock again!
Also, it might prove helpful should you post dock signs with the numbers. We were 22 and came in the wrong side and had to go back out to the other side.

We really enjoyed parking here for the concert. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to do it again in the future.
Some of the lights on the dock were out including near slip 12 so it was a bit dark leaving.
About Lakeview Point Landing
Lakeview Point Landing: Nestled along the southern shore of Onondaga Lake, Lakeview Point Landing provides boaters with a convenient access point to reach Onondaga Park’s West Shore Trail which runs directly through the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview.
The following are rules/regulations concerning dockage at Lakeview Point Landing:
• Reservations required for show days – fully prepaid with no cancellation/no refund o Reservations are not required for non-show days and there is no fee to use the dock on these days
• Concert season rate: $1.50/ft/day (Subject to change without notice)
• Docks offer a dedicated entrance into the venue
• Concert tickets must be purchased in advance. Printed & mobile tickets will be accepted.
• No overnight docking, no amenities or services (power, water, etc.); overnight lodging at the facility is not permitted
• No swimming. Grills, food & alcohol are not permitted on the dock – must remain on boat.
• Dogs are permitted within the dock area but must remain on a leash (no longer than 6ft) at all times. As a reminder – animals are not permitted within the amphitheater during shows with the exception of service animals.
• Docks open two (2) hours before the advertised show time on concert days; all slips should be vacated no longer than one (1) hour after the completion of the concert
• Kayaks and canoes are not allowed to use the docks during show days due to safety concerns
• There are no water taxi services scheduled for this season
• Drop off/pick up is permitted at the end of the dock
