Stayed here 5 nights. Solid fixed wood docks, quiet and much more reasonable per ft charge than any other marina in Deale. If you have a dinghy to access the restaurants and bars this is the place to be.

We had no expectations for amenities. Bathrooms were handy. Marina operator very friendly and accommodating! Great stay.

We needed a spot to leave our boat for a week while we visited family locally. Town Point was an affordable solution.

This is a small quiet marina. If your looking for action it’s not the place for you. The charts show very little water but area has been dredged. We had no problem getting our 38 foot sailboat with 5.5 draft. The owner of the marina gave us great directions to get in. He also made sure our shore power was hooked up. Great customer service! Nice and quiet after the chaos of Annapolis.

Family run marina located in a protected cove off the Chesapeake Bay at the entrance to Rockhold Creek. Quiet Setting with beautiful sunset views. 6' depth at mean low water. Water/electric at slips. Full bathrooms with showers. Parking with quick access to boats. Free WIFI
