Complete disappoint !
No dock service, no person on duty at the Marina, the dock was a cement sea wall with no protection, hotel does not service the Marina with any service, no security.
A lot of money for no real service.

It needs a dock hand when vessels arrive, quite noisy but it’s right by Collins ave.
Carmen was great, very attentive and checking on arrival and departure.
