Friendly staff and nice facilities, including a great clubhouse/captain's lounge where we spent the afternoon relaxing after a challengin sail. Thanks very much for the hospitality. We'll be back!

Older fixed docks but perfectly fine. Pumpout right at your dock which was nice. We were standing out in the driveway discussing an almost one mile walk to a restaurant. A man asked if we wanted a ride. He turned out to be Brett the owner of the marina! What a nice guy! On the way in be careful not o go into a dead end to the left as you enter. We did that and so did another boat that came in right after us. Not a big deal to turn around,

Our stay was great!! The accommodations and and people were wonderful! It was a beautiful weekend in Solomons!!

In Solomons, Maryland, there are a bunch of marinas. Spring Cove is the farthest up the Saint John Creek. We chose it as it is adjacent to Zimmerman Boatyard. Zimmerman is a multi marina chain that does excellent work on boats, and our boat is going in for winterization and storage. This particular Zimmerman has something like six slips. Both Zimmerman and Spring Cove share the same gate and street address. The Spring cove slips are less than a hundred yards to to Zimmerman office. Spring Cove is an older marina but it’s very well maintained. Though it has fixed docks, the tidal swing for the three days we were there was not bad at about eighteen inches. The electrical system on the docks appears to be brand new. The Wi-Fi system is excellent. There’s a connection at each slip for pumping out the holding tank. The wooden docks and cleats are in excellent condition. The heads, showers, and laundry room are very well maintained. The office is also a nicely stocked Ship’s Store. Clearly, they have a liquor license. They also have a small kitchen that has an attractive menu for quick food. There’s a bar at the pool that, I’m sure, is a fun place “during the season.” Spring Cove is pet friendly. They have a picnic area with multiple picnic tables. It’s tree canopy is pretty lush. The trees keep the area protected from the sun… so good that they also did a great job scrambling our satellite receiver, which was docked under their shade. They put a lot of effort into keeping the place neat. For a 38 foot trawler and 50 amps, it was a very reasonable $118 a night. Though not like some brand new marinas, Spring Cove is an excellent marina, well worth the money. Oct 2024

I can always count on Spring Cove for professional handling and spic n span facilities. Loaner car for quick grocery run was a big plus this visit.

Booked a slip for 9/20/24 to 9/22. Spring Cove booked an indoor party on 9/21. Arrived with multiple lights flashing directly at our boat in a slip and others. When we spoke to the driver, he was extremely antagonistic towards us, a couple of sixty year olds! The party then continued. Very loud and long. There must be quieter marinas in Solomons especially one that doesn’t have a party room.

Nice stay, very quiet off season, nice store, convenient fuel dock and loaner vehicle. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great place stay. Friendly staff, clean restrooms (admiral highly approved), convenient location to town. Courtesy car too but we didn’t need it.

Nice clean facilities - new electric - friendly, helpful staff. Docks are in good repair but are old and therefore very tight to get into.

Great team and great service ! Addison responds quickly and confirmed my slip. When bad weather came in- I extended a day . Clean facility- and maybe the best ships store on the bay.

Just wished more things were open.

Spring cove is a great place for serenity.the pool and bar were great. Service was good, except for the poor bar.
