It was horrible! We got there and our assigned mooring was taken.tried calling Marina and no answer. Drove boat over and We waited over an hour to get someone to help us and when they did they took us all the way outside the mooring field by Cooper’s Bluff and brought us to oyster bay cove mooring. I really want a phone number I can contact you and we should get our money back. This is just unacceptable

Had a great stay on a mooring in Oyster Bay. The staff and launch drivers will all very helpful and prompt. I just wish the mooring wasn't so expensive and wonder why the length of the boat impacts the rate.

Mooring lines Are very dirty
Mooring field is large so the launch May take Longe than experter.
Launch drivers very nice and it is impression that the launch rund til 12:00 am on Saturday night.
Did not find or use the facilities.

First time at the Marine Center…. Staff was competent and professional. They put us in a mooring field for larger boats, quite as distance away from the main dock. As we are a smaller power boat, these mooring lines were too big for my cleats, so I had to jury rig the tie off.
We were in Oyster Bay maybe 4 hours, and I asked the staff if there was any way to put us in a slip at the main dock. The young man said they were all full, even though several spots were open.
When we returned to the dock after our visit, a number of the slips we saw were still
open. They accepted our reservation and payment via Dockwa, but did not help us with a proper smaller boat mooring or dock space. I’ll be careful when returning here, as so many other Dockwa member marinas are more accommodating than this one.

The mooring and launch drivers were very good. Used the self serve pump out station situated on a floating dock which worked out well. Ship store was poor but close the town so not needed. Showers are to be avoided as they are generally unlocked.
