The launch service was good but I would suggest the launch service to slow down when approaching the mooring field with people on the boats. Wakes were really disturbing during the dinner time on the boat. Another problem - Cooper Bluff using marine bathrooms and the lines are huge around 7pm, they don't know and don't care if we are OBMC customers and pushing all people to be in one line. It seems to be OBMS integrated to Cooper Bluff and it destroys the spirit.

Beautiful scenic mooring field. Many sailboats. prompt launch service. Great bar right at dock. Cute town @5min walk many food and drink options.

beautiful Harbor
no mosquitos, even though there was no wind
when we were unable to maintain connection on the VHF (not sure why not) the young man came out on the launch and showed us to our mooring at 7:30 pm
we never did go ashore, so we do not have any comment about shore facilities

What an amazing location. Dock Crew was knowledgeable and very helpful. Location was convenient for stores. Definitely will be returning. Amazing mooring location for Fourth of July Fireworks all around !!! 🎇 See ya soon Launch operator was a rockstar one of the worst storms in a long time and he never stopped got everyone in safe. Was nice to see a confident/safe boat operator.

We were on mooring CA6 which was fine but quite a distance from the dock in thd dinghy when it's a bit windy and choppy. The dingy dock at low tide has maybe 1ft of depth and is not so straight forward to get in and out off (got stuck, had to shift weight, pull myself foward along other boats, etc). Should be fine during other times and ofcourse you can take the launch.
Satuday morning i was expecting the launch to start opening at 7am based on their schedule (June 7am-11pm, all week) but got no response on radio and around 8am took the dinghy in to go let the dog do it's business. Looks like they were up and running sometimes around 8:30

Great mooring ball and tender taxi! Very helpful and polite. Sagamore Hill, Theodore Roosevelt’s summer home, is nearby and a great historical place to visit. Cute downtown.

The marina staff was friendly and helpful. The booking process was also easy via Dockwa. The mooring was missing the pick up stick so it was difficult to pick up and the growth not only made the boat dirty but cut my hands.

Absolutely horrible. Hailed OBBC 5 times for location of mooring. Got 5 different locations. Moorings were barely readable and never found mooring. Launch operator didn't know where mooring location was (CA 14). After 45 minutes of searching we left with a disappointed crew.
