Lots of Current running through here on the bridge side which makes docking a challenge. The slips are at 90 degrees to the water flow. Also, bird poop is a big issue and boats need to be cleaned often, not to mention the staff sprays the docks daily throwing the bird poop onto the boats. On a more positive note the floating docks are nice although the piles are not tall enough for a major hurricane.

It's a municipal marina. The floating docks were great. There is no fuel and they don't allow you to have a dockside fuel boat even though there are no working fuels docks in the area. Their pump out facility does not work on most days. It actually worked 1-3 days during the month we were there. Coachman Park is beautiful ands the children's play area is outstanding. There are several walk to restaurants in the area and the Jolly Trolley picks you up within a block of the dock, also the Clearwater Ferry runs on weekends taking you to the Clearwater Beach if you prefer that to the Trolley.

Slips are easy to get in to, well bumpered. Amenities are very clean. Dockmasters are very helpful and friendly.

We came for the Styx concert at Cochman Park and had a great time. Our seats were no more than 400 yards from our boat. We were snug in our bunks before most people made it out of the parking lot. Awesome marina and awesome location.

Nice marina next to Coachman Park. Lots of open space. Close to downtown clearwater. Take the Jolly Trolley or Clearwater Ferry to Clearwater Beach . One ladies, one men’s facility. One washer and dryer. Doc hands very helpful.

Very clean, safe place to enjoy the city of Clearwater. The entry into the marina was very tight and docking was a challenge with winds over 15 KTS. The staff was very helpful in locating the boat in the safest place possible. Highly recommend.

Marina staff was great to work with! Clean bathrooms and convenient laundry facilities. The ice machine was a big plus! Beautiful marina right at Coachman & The Sound with lots happening. Great walking area & playground.

Called on 16 at approach twice with no answer. Called phone number that went to voice mail. Ended up tying on T head and having First Mate walk to office to get assigned slip for our reservation. The dock hand apologized. Services were good. Concrete floating docks are nice. Bathrooms and laundry are nice in dockmaster office. Nice park to walk dog. Fisherman on public docks at night through lead weight lures on boat bows!

Very nice marina in a convenient downtown setting. The beach is just an island away or a short dinghy ride, Publix is half a mile away, and plenty of restaurants and bars to go relax in!

We stayed for one night. Friendly and helpful staff and the facility was nicely maintained. Just make sure to avoid mornings in the shower facility because it seems that after a few people shower the water does not heat up for a long time.

Friendly staff, clean modern bathrooms and laundry. Easy access to Jolley Trolley. Not a good place to have packages delivered as office is locked and if staff is on docks the Amazon folks and post office won’t deliver and have a hard time finding.

Our stay at Clearwater Harbor Marina was exceptional from adjustments in our arrival date to an extension on our departure date due to issues obtaining fuel, unrelated to the marina.
The marina is well maintained with excellent amenities and conveniently located to a popular, engaging city center that is within walking distance.
I strongly recommend Clearwater Harbor Marina to anyone visiting the area.

Great staff and docks. 1 washer and 1 dryer. 1 mail and 1 female private bathroom with a private shower. No hot water at sinks!?? Close to town. Easy Uber to beach. Amphitheater right next door. Good stay and somewhat reasonable value for the money. Would recommend to others.

Great location and nice facilities. Marina staff is very helpful with anything we asked. We asked Shannon specifically for a few things and she always came through with a smile on her face. Can't wait to return for another fun weekend.
About Clearwater Harbor Marina
The Clearwater Harbor Marina is a beautiful marina with state-of-the-art concrete floating docks located in the Downtown District of Clearwater, Florida just across from Coachman Park. The boat slips are accessible from the Intracoastal Waterway at the Memorial Causeway Bridge and are part of Downtown Clearwater’s Cleveland Street Retail and Entertainment District featuring numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. There is a one-time $10.00 non-refundable fee associated with each reservation.
There is a three (3) night minimum charge for stays during the Super Boat Races, Clearwater Jazz Holiday, and Clearwater Celebrates America 4th of July events. We will begin taking reservation requests at 8:00 a.m. on the day falling exactly six (6) weeks before the event’s start date.
50AMP & 100AMP power available (splitters may be available upon request).
There is absolutely NO fueling allowed within the Clearwater Harbor Marina.
