I moored my boat there in 1986 when it was brand new! Loved it there and wished I was there again! I also lived on it for a while! Great Marina

Todd (the Harbormaster) has done a fantastic job of creating and maintaining a clean, safe and friendly community. The marina is beautiful and is family and pet friendly. I also love that the entire marina is gated. We have amazing slip neighbors that look out for each other. I appreciate when they send out notices of wind and weather advisories so that I can make sure my boat is safe and our lines are secure. I highly recommend Harbor Village Marina!

Outstanding stay. Great service, information and wonderful marina. We loved it so much we started leasing a slip. Todd the Harbormaster is helpful, friendly, and knows his stuff!

Ease of use, harbor master was kind to notify us of bad weather and impact to boat.

We were thrilled to know Kenmore has an open marina to dock and simplify summer fun on the water, especially to avoid all the launching cluster at the Kenmore boat launch — with Harbour Village Marina we were so pleased with the establishment and simplicity of operating and staging there. We will surely be returnIng.

We had planned a weekend of boating and water sports for this Summer’s 4th of July weekend, and from first contact last summer, Todd, the Harbormaster for Harbour Village Marina, was kind, and politely efficient with his answers. When it came close to day of arrival, Todd sent out a detailed email with the marina requirements for insurance and boat registration, and tried his best to indicate that because we would be mooring on the outside of the breakwater, that we’d need larger boat fenders, to protect the boat from wind push against the dock. My ego of 35+ years of boating, but nearly 20 years since mooring on this side of the state, I was humbled by perspective. Todd graciously was quick to grab a couple older fenders from the lost and found for me to use for the weekend. I was SO appreciative! He did indicate that the marina was considering purchasing some fenders to rent out for guest mooring, as sometimes folks just can’t see the perspective until they arrive. If you plan to come this year, I would highly suggest bringing/purchasing a few big fenders before your arrival, as Todd suggests in his pre-arrival email. The boat will be just fine with them, but without, you’ll be looking at potential hull damage, as the wind can pick up and the breakwater is taller than the average dock. All in all, I would highly recommend this marina, and plan to reserve again for the 4th of July weekend this coming January! :)

We stayed here a couple of nights in late May. We found the marina to be a pleasant, clean, and well-managed place, not rustic like we expected. Todd, the manager, saw us briefly before leaving for his four-day vacation, but remembered to send us some information he promised that we very much appreciated. The only negative in the marina was the lack of fresh water taps out on the breakwater where guests tie up, otherwise It was perfect. One caution for deep draft vessels: get some local knowledge for the approach, the deep channel is not well marked. Also, beware of strong southerlies since you may need to tie up outside the breakwater.

I really like this place! Great community of really friendly people. We love taking the boat out on the weekend and then taking the kids to play at Log Boom Park after. The Harbormaster is a really nice guy and seems to be very dedicated to having the marina kept clean and running smoothly.

We moored our boat here for the 4th of July weekend and it was PERFECT! Our reserved dock space was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and everything was super easy. The harbormaster Todd was wonderful - he left a key for us in the lock box since we were arriving in the evening and checked in with us the following day to make sure we were all set up. It was our first time watching the Kenmore fireworks from the water and Todd gave us great advice on where to take the boat to so that we could see the fireworks from Kirkland, Bellevue & Kenmore. It was a fantastic experience and we're looking forward to coming again next year!

Such an awesome time with the family and friends. We enjoyed the awesome fireworks show sitting right on our boat. Friendly atmosphere and clean environment from day one. The North Washington Lake a great place to be. We loved watching the sea planes too. Thanks Todd Harbor Master and Daisy and crew 😀

Didn't get confirmation so we didn't stay. Didn't get any communication from site.
Marina Response:
Hi SMS6686. Very sorry to hear that we dropped the ball. The marina was transitioning, after losing the long time harbormaster back in July of 2018. Please give us another try, and I'll make sure you have a great stay here. Hopefully we see you on the docks soon ~ Todd Pearson, Harbormaster HVM.

Guest moorage is on the outside of the seawall. South wind blowing and due to rough water was not able to moor. My boat would have been smashed to pieces in short order. I do not recommend this facility for small boat moorage. My boat is 18 feet.
Marina Response:
Hi rmrauscher. You are correct, our guest moorage is on the outside breakwater. Typically during the Summer season we don't see the storms and it's not an issue. Because of the location, we have great success with smaller boats using the proper fenders and mooring techniques. We'd be happy to advise before your stay here, what works best, and even help you tie up. Our breakwater is a fun place to spend a weekend, and there's no better place for the fireworks on the 4th of July. Thanks ~ Todd Pearson, Harbormaster HVM
