Nice people. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. NO FACILITIES!!!! Toilets in Publix (when they are open) no showers, no pump out. To access electric we needed to borrow a 50 amp extension cord!

If you like parties and people, this is a pier on the Miami River so you get both. It is a non stop YouTube video. Raul was great. Had water and electricity. In a big mall that has a Publix steps from the dock. It is several bridges up the Miami River but that was not so bad - the bridges kinda just open. Still haven't figured that out. Rate was good and they were the only ones with availability.
