About Tisbury Harbormaster
Welcome to the Waterways of Tisbury!
The Tisbury waterways consist of three unique bodies of water: the Inner and Outer Harbor of Vineyard Haven, which serve as the hub of the Town of Tisbury; Lake Tashmoo, a 270-acre coastal pond on our north shore; and Lagoon Pond, a long, narrow inlet that begins at the drawbridge in Vineyard Haven harbor and ends to the south in a freshwater pond.
The 2025 boating season begins Memorial Day Weekend and lasts through mid-October. Please see our Waterways Regulations for more information regarding Tisbury Waterways: 2025 Tisbury Waterway Regulations
