No wifi at all. Ever. This means no TV, no Internet. You're on your own to get any kind of service to your boat. Several of our neighbors got Starlink. It's $250 per month plus the equipment. Evidently, it's been this way for over a year with no resolution in sight. The internet 'provider' - Jabba - has an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau.
The surroundings here are very nice.

April 2022 - Very nice marina, great staff. The older docks are slowly being replaced and looking much nicer. It is now Loggerhead - not Suntex. The staff do all they can to accommodate transients.
April 2021-Been stopping at Suntex Marina since 2018. It is located within a beautiful gated community. Nice marina, great staff. Unfortunately, some of the docks are old and need to be updated to floating docks. The pool and lounge are terrific. Laundry area has been updated and the bathrooms as well. Plenty of areas to walk/ride bikes. Uber/Lyft is reasonably easy to get. But, if you plan to stay awhile, rent a car.
