After more than 10 years as a slipholder at Annapolis Landing Marina, I was informed that I would need to move my PSC Ericson 380 from the T-head on F dock to another dock. The reason was to allow needed repairs to F dock. It was my understanding that I would move back to F-dock as soon as repairs were completed. Subsequently, I learned from the manager that ALM was converting 4 slips (including mine) on the T-head to 2 double slips for catamarans. I explained to the manager that I need a T-head location since my boat does not maneuver well in reverse, I don't have a bowthruster, and I sail single-handed. He said that the decision was out of his hands.
Since the marina was sold to the current owners, I believe that there has been a decline in services, increase in prices, higher turnover of annual slipholders, and now a misrepresentation by management regarding repairs to F-dock. I believe that the longstanding loyalty to its slipholders by the previous owners no longer exists.

Welcoming and accommodating! Bathhouse & laundry ($1.50 wash, $1.00 dry).
Staff were all helpful & friendly. Dusty went out of his way to help and make sure we were all set. Grocery, liquor store, banks, & West Marine 2 miles away. Will definitely not hesitate to revisit.

What an amazing marina! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They brought us steps to get on/off our boat without us even asking, helped us with numerous requests/questions, and made us feel like we were part of a family. Dusty went above and beyond and made sure all of our anticipated and unanticipated needs were met!

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case I feel I must. I stopped at Annapolis Landing Marina and Dusty helped me out with fuel and a slip unannounced due to weather. Very much appreciated. These guys are always helpful and I can’t say enough about this MARINA staff

It would be great if they could follow up on tasks at hand such as: fixing my hose bib that has been broken for two years, maintaining my lift that has not been maintained (overall) for over three years, and finally, providing updates of our local conditions when the docks flood and the conditions that are relevant such as: power shut off, wind conditions, are relevant.

Great location with ferry service to city center. Staff is excellent with "Dusty" even driving me to West Marine for needed parts. ALM defines customer service.

Very nice Marina. Nice people. Only drawback was no hot water for the shower. That much more refreshing though!

Very nice personnel and facilities. One minor demerit was that the slip did not have a 30 amp outlet, though that was specified on the reservation form. The staff provided us with a split connector after we requested one. Perhaps the reservation form covers all Dockwa marinas, or perhaphs Annapolis Landing Marina did not realize that the boat needed a 30 amp connector when it assigned it a slip.

We had an unplanned extended stay and really enjoyed it. Staff were very accommodating and helpful, shower and bathroom facilities extremely nice/clean, pool was nice and grounds were well maintained. Nice walks in quiet neighborhood and restaurants a short dinghy (or water taxi) ride away. Dock decking in process of being renewed and staff keep the docks clean. Only weakness at this marina preventing a 5-star rating is that some slips can be quite rocky in certain winds, or on busy weekends. Would stay here again....in fact we're already booked to return!

ALM is a great place to stay. Peter the dock master and Dusty and the whole staff are very customer focused and responsive. The amenities are plenty and well maintained and very pet friendly. I was there for a year and would have stayed except I started chartering and they can’t handle the parking so don’t allow it. For most folks this is not an issue and I highly recommend ALM for a permanent home for your boat or just for the weekend.

The marina is located in a great spot on Back Creek. Easy dinghy access to all of Annapolis! The staff is super friendly and helpful. When I come back through here in the fall, this is my go-to marina in Naptown!
