Battery Park Marina

As with previous visits, a great stay at Battery Park Marina. Nice facility with good amenities. Great and very helpful staff. The reservation and registration process upon arrival was very simple and efficient. We even received a text message from the General Manager early the morning of our arrival advising of our dock assignment to make arrival easier and better planned. The marina will be making major updates this Fall to further enhance the facility for seasonally dockers as well as transcient visitors.

The staff was great and easy walk to downtown.

Fantastic service. There was a boat fire at our home marina and we could not get back in. Battery park had a slip large enough for our boat and a jetski we also had out. They responded to our dockwa request immediately when we didn’t know where to go. They even drove us back to our home marina so we could get our car. They really made a day that looked like it could be pretty bad, great. They are a great crew. The gas dock is large and really nice too. That was also helpful as I don’t know when our home gas dock will be up and running. Thanks guys we really appreciate you.

Our group (Edgewater Yacht Club) visited in June 2026. It started for us at the gas dock. We received a warm greeting by Mark. He assisted fueling the boat and he also cleaned off some bird droopings that " really bothered" him. We knew the weekend was off to a good begining. Michael met us at our dock and helped get us settled in. We needed to adjust our reservation and he was able to do that for us. He spent time with us explaining the upcoming renovations to the marina for 2027. He was very professional in every way. Battery Park Marina is a great location for your stay in Sandusky.

Great location, clean and well taken care of

BPM was understanding when I was delayed by a day due to fuel line leak. Very friendly in the marina shop and on the docks.

Very nice. Everyone was very friendly. Place was clean. Pool area needs a little makeover. Wish there was a restaurant there too.

Convenient location and good customer service.

We stayed 5 nights at this marina and really enjoyed it. Staff and seasonal boaters were friendly and helpful. Very calm and sheltered docks. Lots of places within easy walk. Grocery store is a quick Ubet or taxi ride away. Nice byob casual restuarant on site.

Talk about a great place to spend our summers! Great friends! Great Staff! Clean, clean facilities!! And our dog Frank has many friends! Looking forward to 2020!!

I have stayed here as a transient several times, usually for a couple of weeks at a time. The grounds, restrooms, showers and docks are very clean and staff is eager to please. Nice large area for walking a dog or grilling. Security includes the standard locking dock entrances and a friendly security officer. As I talked to seasonal dockers I could tell they were happy with it. I have been to most of the marinas in the area and would say that Sandusky Bay marinas overall have a lot to offer although I especially like Battery Park.
