The bathroom/ shower facilities were disgraceful. Mold and gross . Thank goodness we paid for a $700 room that had somewhat decent accommodations except for a shower curtain for half a shower, what a disappointment

The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, the showers had no hot water and were so full of mold and mildew that they were a health hazard...
They charged $260 for the slip and $30 for electricity and the place was a filthy dump. Stay away!

Marina was wonderful, three people came right out to the dock to help us tie up when we arrived. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, very nice being able to walk out of the room right to the dock. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location in the middle of Newport's night life. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping within a short walk. John and his team do a great job. Very helpful and accommodating. We will be back! :)

Bathrooms are moldy, Can’t use the pool if docked as a transit. Parking none if so desired very expensive.
Dock crew very helpful though.
Docks need to be resurfaced make sure you wear shoes.

We had a fantastic stay at the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina. The dock crew was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made arriving and departing our slip easy and stress-free. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the views of Newport Harbor were outstanding.
The marina’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the heart of downtown Newport, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to dock our boat. We highly recommend this marina and look forward to staying here again!

Great place, amazing location, have use of pool, fire pit, cornhole etc. John is amazing! Dock crew is Always helpful and very accommodating !
The only negative is the bathrooms. Always smell, showers are very moldy, never towels . Desperately need an update!
