Great Marina, staff, and the location could not be better. Stepping off the boat puts you in the middle of everything. Quite amazing.
Recommendation to Management: Please replace or take the tattered US flag down face dock. I am sure it is just an oversight, but it is a sad sight.

We had a great stay. Chad was a huge help in getting our reservation set up, and extending it when some bad weather rolled in. He even came back to work after having left for the day, just to be sure we were properly tied up. Great facility, perfect location!

The crew was extremely helpful with getting our boat tied down as it was extremely busy and wind blowing nice fire pit and pool can’t beat the location you can walk everywhere and they were there to help us out of the slip

Great location of course, excellent dock hands, better than you might expect facilities including laundry room. The only negatives are the WiFi doesn’t really work and some 3am dock party woke us but overall a very nice little marina.

The marina is in a great location, center of downtowm with lots of eateries, and lots to do. The dockmaster is very nice, and accommodating. We needed to stay another day due to weather and they were able to work withus on the accommodation. The facilities are nice and decks are kept in a reasonable goot shape. Like most of marinas in Newport, they are on the expansive side...

The dock crew are amazing! Attentive, friendly and accommodating. Shore power & water hookup was effortless. Couldn’t ask for a better location! My only critique is with the bathrooms & shower facilities. Definitely NOT up to standard. Aside from not being terribly clean, they just need to be remodeled. Despite that, we Will definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

4-stars in my book is very good. This marina is in a great central location, attached to a hotel which includes use of its amenities, and overall is a great place to stay. I rarely give a full 5-star rating, believing there is always something that could be improved. We will stay again in the future, without hesitation. The biggest issue is cost. During warmer weather, we can grab a mooring for a fraction of any marina's fee in NPT. NHHM is competitively priced, and offers electricity to keep us warm all night... Highly Recommended!n (10yr customer, last: July '23)

The marina is great...excellent dock hands, easy in, easy out but a lot of boat traffic in Newport harbor so be careful. The bathroom facilities are just ok. They haven't been updated in quite a while. I would have given 5 stars but our favorite part of staying there is the firepit which they usually light around 8 pm but it was not working this weekend. The hotel attendant said there was something wrong with the gas ignition. All in all it was a great weekend.

Stayed for the winter. I really enjoyed being there. It’s a good marina attached to a hotel. Well protected from all directions except a heavy southwesterly. Dockmaster is friendly and helpful. Prime location in Newport walkable to shops/bars. Friendly community of liveaboards in the winter.

The dock and dock crew were excellent. The location is wonderful. The facility not so much. The showers are very small with no shelf for soap or shampoo. The Heated pool heater has been out of service for apparently quite some time with the bay being warmer. At the cost per foot everything should work. But again you cannot beat the location!

Beautiful marina right near Bannister and Bowen's wharf, restaurants, shopping. Nice clean marina showers with towel service. Water, electric, ice, paddleboards available at the dock.

Great location. Call before 5 if you plan to be late.No one on site to tell you your berth and hotel staff tell you to contact Dockwa. Had issue with new electric lighthouses on dock but John and his staff were great. As previously mentioned,s showers are gross. Fix that, and she's a 5.

Showers were barely warm 2 of 3 days. Towels ran out. Bathroom was also the route from hotel to marina so too much foot traffic. Decking outside the bathrooms had rotted support joists so it felt like you’d fall through. . Pump out boat for this marina was private not public -$20.
