Location was great, numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. Marina grounds were lovely was not impressed with dock hands, luckily we did not need assistance. Good rate for washer/dryers. Showers were filthy and filled with mold. Docks in good shape.

The Dock staff were excellent.
The Men's showers were terrible - shower faucet handle didn't work, was falling apart, it took a very long time for the hot water to come on. For the amount of money boaters pay to stay, the showers should be functional.

John and his crew are excellent. They got me in on time and I had to leave early so he was there for me making sure I had a safe exit. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the marina was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we could not receive a good internet connection. The location to the downtown area is excellent.

On 8/9 our crew member had an injury while boarding the boat in Dutch Harbor, Jamestown. Dutch Harbor contacted Newport Harbor Hotel Marina to arrange for us to dock to have our crew get to the ER. Newport Harbor Hotel Marina crew were ready for our arrival, arranged for us to dock on a T-head to allow quick/easy crew disembarking to get to the ER. They helped to find the best location for Uber pickup, allowed us to stay until our crew returned from the ER and helped us find store locations for resupply of a few necessities. The dock crew were very friendly and helpful, and kind to allow us the few hours of dock time for urgent care.

The bathroom/ shower facilities were disgraceful. Mold and gross . Thank goodness we paid for a $700 room that had somewhat decent accommodations except for a shower curtain for half a shower, what a disappointment

The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, the showers had no hot water and were so full of mold and mildew that they were a health hazard...
They charged $260 for the slip and $30 for electricity and the place was a filthy dump. Stay away!

Marina was wonderful, three people came right out to the dock to help us tie up when we arrived. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, very nice being able to walk out of the room right to the dock. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location in the middle of Newport's night life. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping within a short walk. John and his team do a great job. Very helpful and accommodating. We will be back! :)
