The dock was nice, clean, and as described. The problem that I had is that none of the fellow boaters are considerate of tied up boats. Coming thru wide open knocking us into the sea wall all through out the night. Other than that great place/location and friendly security.

Thanks for the feedback. We are a relatively new marina in a new location. We are actively working with the Miami-Dade River patrol to crackdown on speeders... we also have a few oversized fenders that we sometimes lend our guest.

SHORT TERM RESERVATIONS < 30 DAYS...Customer’s account will be charged in advance the full docking fee for the reserved duration of their stay at the time of booking. Any additional or incidental charges that are accrued during your stay will be charged prior to checkout. All accounts must be settled prior to checkout.
LONG TERM RESERVATIONS > 1 MONTH... Customer’s account will be charged in advance 1 months docking fee at the time of booking. Additional months will be charged 10 days prior to the beginning of the month. Any additional or incidental charges that are accrued during your stay will be charged monthly. All accounts must be settled prior to checkout.
Electric per month:
- 50=$250 per month
- dual 50=$500 per month
- 100 single=$500 per month
- 100 three=$750 per month
