Safe Harbor Onset Bay

First time and had much fun! the bathrooms were impeccable and had everything you could need.. was a great experience and we will be returning again next year.

Our stay was lovely! Staff was friendly and professional, also very helpful with our needs. We forgot something and they immediately accommodated us. Had a minor incident and they were right there to assist , and went above and beyond!

Very accommodating staff at this marina

This was a great stop to wait out the wind and rain after transiting the canal heading south. We were able to get fuel, ice, take showers, do laundry and walk into town to get propane from the hardware store and have lunch. The staff on the fuel dock was very accommodating .

Nice marina. Facilities are average, but clean, fully functional. Water, electricity, fuel, and pump out at the dock.

We Really enjoyed our stay. Adam and Michael helped us out a lot while we were there. Gave us ideas of places to go eat. Helped us out by letting us stay till flood was right for the The Cape Cod Canal. Marina was very pleasant and had best fuel price we have seen since the beginning of the year. We would go back and stay there.

A nice marina with great staff! Adam the Dockmaster was terrific and very personable and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and found the facilities to be comfortable. Town is an easy walk or bike ride and there are a couple of nice beaches to visit. The scenery in the area is beautiful.

Wonderful stay in Onset. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Best Fuel prices around! Stonebridge Bar & grill (.7 mi walk or Uber), was excellent. Coconut Shrimp was fabulous. Don't go to the Glen Cove Bay Room, food wasn't as good.

We had a great stay at SHOBM. Crew was very helpful as usual

August 27, 2025. The staff at SH Onset are always welcoming and very helpful. Facilities are clean and well kept. September 10,2024 Although we only had a short one night stay, we enjoyed it immensely. Safe Harbor Onset is a lovely location after transiting the Cape Cod Canal. The staff in the facilities are awesome. You’ll enjoy your stay. September 2023 Our annual stop at Onset. Always a pleasure. They treat us like family. New boaters lounge is being built for 2024! Overall, great staff and facilities! July 2022 the Dock Master, helped us land our 34ft sailboat with an opposing wind. After fueling up, watering up and pumping out, we decided to stay in a slip for a few nights to wait out the upcoming storm. Again The staff assisted us docking into the slip, and tie ing our lines for the expected blow. Thank you for wonderful service!! Also the marina facilities are top notch and very clean. We will be back next year. The above is my comment from a few years ago. The service and the friendliness of Onset continues. They are such lovely people and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at a well cared for Marina. I even got my laundry done! September 14-16, 2021 Every year we thoroughly enjoy our time at this marina. Roland, the dockmaster has always been very helpful. And the people on the dock have been great about handling lines and getting us in safely. This is a clean, well run marina. This was our third visit this year. Thank you to you all the Dock staff. Lynne and Steve

Excellent dock staff Stayed here a second time on way south. Good restaurants within easy walk. Shore facilities modest but workable.

The dock staff is awesome. The facility is beautifull
