We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belmont Bay Harbor Marina. David was exceptional at making us feel at home and catering to anything we needed. Down to earth and personable. There was laundry, showers, bath, garbage, electricity and water available. We were NOT put out at the end of the dock with an absurd walk to the office/facility. Our placement near the office went a long way to make me happy. There was easy Amazon delivery, a mani/pedi, hair studio, convenience store, and great restaurant within walking distance. Arrived on September 30, 2026. We have a full keel cutter rigged sailboat which draws 5 1/2 feet. It was our first visit so we were unfamiliar with layout. There was no cause for concern because we pulled right up to the fuel dock and we were greeted by David who is very professional and on top of the things that matter most. After we topped off our diesel, we did a simple entry into the well protected docking area and David was there waiting. The marina is clean, well kept, protected from the weather, and the prices are fair. The bathrooms and laundry room are simple and clean. No complaints! Thank you, Belmont Bay Harbor Marina.

The marina is a clean and safe place to dock your boat! I'm pretty new at this and David is an amazing Harbor Master, he answered all of my questions and kindly assisted me through the sign in/up process. Thank you David!

Easy access off the Potomac. Nice facilities. Small convenience store nearby. Dog friendly. Park next to the marina. Old Town Occoquan a dinghy ride away.

Nice marina just off the Potomac in an upscale condo community, at a reasonable price. Efficient, friendly dockmaster and staff (thanks David). Well-maintained floating docks. Good security with passkey locking gates. Not many landside marina services, other than fuel, laundry and restrooms (no pool, boater's lounge, etc.) but most clients are drive-in. Really nice park just outside the docks, with monthly live music and lots of locals walking around.

Great marina. Beautiful location, easy in and easy out. Dinghy to a nice restaurant on the water. Perfect stop for our trip to Washington DC, we liked it so much we changed our plans and went back on the way out.

A beautiful, quiet marina located close to the entrance of the Occoquan River. Belmont Bay Harbor is the closest marina to the Potomac River on the Occoquan. Situated within a break-water and no-wake zone, this marina, with its fuel dock, is only minutes from the Potomac River by boat. Positioned within a quiet, upscale residential community development and waterfront nature preserve with local amenities. Belmont Bay Harbor is a secure, gated marina with premium floating docks, decked with IPE hardwood. We offer clean restroom and shower facilities for the marina patrons. If approaching after 5 PM closing time for a reserved transient slip, please contact the Harbor Master in advance for docking instructions. Transient reservations can be made through Dockwa.com.
