Fernandina Harbor Marina

Fernandina Harbor is great location, just steps away from historic downtown Fernandina. Dock was nice, staff was helpful. Easy to get gas when we left. Only problem is bathrooms were not close by. I understand there will be a complex being built over next three years right by the docks so hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Very good staff and marina. Well location near c the city. For the vessels drafting 6 and over like us…. Arriving by ICW Nbound. Check your chart and stay close to Amelia island. On different chart…. Mapping can be confusing. Real.capt

The Team at Fernandina Beach were excellent. Handled dock lines and provided local information on the town. Would recommend them for anyone looming for a high quality marina in the area.

Excellent concrete docks, friendly and helpful staff. Quaint town just across the street with plenty of good restaurants, brewery and shops.

Good marina. Watch current when docking alongside on the outside of the main dock.

The marina was fine. We were tied to the outside dock and the heavy wind and passing boats caused a lot of rocking and rolling till the wind died down. Better to be on the inside.

Over priced, poor security, poor maintenance. Staff are courteous and helpful. I would rate the facilities as average. There are 3 showers, a "card op" laundry and captains lounge with TV and mail drop. No pool. No gym. Ships store has a few items you might need but for most provisions you will need a car. No cutesy car available.

I am through Feranadina a couple of times a year, and the staff is always helpful and accommodating. On my last visit, they even called me directly before I arrived to pass along some local knowledge about a shallow spot to watch out for, since I would be arriving close to low tide.

We always enjoy our interaction with the knowledgeable and competent marina staff. The dockhands are top notch and have been so helpful with docking instructions and tying our lines correctly for the tide and marina conditions. The waterfront area is currently getting an upgrade from the city of Fernandina, new park and restrooms are very nice. Easy to walk to great locally owned restaurants, this marina is one of our frequent stops on the icw.

First time visit. Will put it on my list for return visit. Loved the town. Took the ghost tour and learned a lot about the history.

Fernandina Harbor Marina: We really enjoyed our stay at Fernandina Harbor Marina. The dockhand were very helpful with a pumpout and getting us docked. The docks are in good shape. At 37 feet we were one of the smaller boats at the marina. The shower/bathroom was in good shape and they had a captain lounge. Both facilities were a little bit of a walk from the dock so we did not use them. The marina is just across the street/railroad tracks from the center of town. It could not be a better location to enjoy Fernandina. The information center is located in a reproduction of the old train station and is just across the street from the marina. We took a trolley tour from the marina parking lot to get the history and an overview of the town. There were a number of good restaurants a short walk from the marina. On this year’s trips on the ICW which cover South Carolina and Georgia, Fernandina was our most enjoyable stay. We booked two nights and ended up staying three. The only issue we had, which is mentioned in other reviews, was the power issues they have at the marina. We spent one full night without power which was a little uncomfortable as it was raining and we could not open the hatches. I reached out to the marina later about the lack of an emergency number and they were very responsive. They said they would rectify the issue with the emergency number and refunded the charge for one night of power. This is truly a great marina.
