We can't say enough good things about our one night stay here. Curtis the Dockmaster was so accommodating. We weren't sure which day we would arrive since the weather was so unpredictable this time of year. Curtis was flexible and took care of all our needs. Walk to town is easy, fuel prices are great, nice bathrooms. Easy hook up to water and electric. Would definitely stay again.

Terrific stop. Friendly staff, awesome fuel prices, clean well maintained marina and we were just in time for their first ever Chili and Chowder Cook Off event.

September 10,2024 Although we only had a short one night stay, we enjoyed it immensely. Safe Harbor Onset is a lovely location after transiting the Cape Cod Canal. The staff in the facilities are awesome. You’ll enjoy your stay. September 2023 Our annual stop at Onset. Always a pleasure. They treat us like family. New boaters lounge is being built for 2024! Overall, great staff and facilities! July 2022 the Dock Master, helped us land our 34ft sailboat with an opposing wind. After fueling up, watering up and pumping out, we decided to stay in a slip for a few nights to wait out the upcoming storm. Again The staff assisted us docking into the slip, and tie ing our lines for the expected blow. Thank you for wonderful service!! Also the marina facilities are top notch and very clean. We will be back next year. The above is my comment from a few years ago. The service and the friendliness of Onset continues. They are such lovely people and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at a well cared for Marina. I even got my laundry done! September 14-16, 2021 Every year we thoroughly enjoy our time at this marina. Roland, the dockmaster has always been very helpful. And the people on the dock have been great about handling lines and getting us in safely. This is a clean, well run marina. This was our third visit this year. Thank you to you all the Dock staff. Lynne and Steve

Great place. My favorite Marina, Stay there a few time a year. The Staff and the people there were great. They all go out of thier way to help you.

Stayed here for a night after exiting the canal. Great new facilities and the friendliest and most helpful dock staff. Would highly recommend.

Tom and Allyasa were extremely helpful. I changed my reservation 3 times and each time it was flawless. I ended up staying 6 days because of how nice the staff were. I will certainly stay there again

Alyssa and Curtis oversee an excellent staff. Always there to lend a hand or answer questions. The events they organize are awesome. Could use a better members lounge, why members could hang out and interact.

Its always a pleasure to stay at SH Onset Bay. What a model Dock! Between Tom, Chris and the other dock attendants it is surely one of the cleanest and well run docks in the Northeast. Even down to the Brand New Grills, wait, they were new? They were so clean you fooled us. Thanks again! Look forward to see whats instore for next year!

Great staff and a great location. This is a well run facility. The Safe Harbor staff go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Curtis, Tom & Crystal especially. Tom's local restaurant guide is great resource. Cheers!

Safe Harbor staff never disappoints. They provided detailed instructions for navigating into Onset and to the marina, including a mooring assignment and directions. Nice to get gate/heads/showers code in advance, too. The marina’s basic boatyard; nothing fancy, but it serves its purpose. A short easy walk into town. Update: We arrived with winds building and sustained gusts of 25 kts. Feeling uncomfortable about picking up a mooring and getting back and forth for dog breaks, I asked if we could stay on the long dock for the night. The staff was great in finding space for us, including for the next night where the wind was the same. Safe Harbor never disappoints, Onset Bay included.

The staff went over and above to welcome us and answer all our questions - thank you so much Alyssa. Onset Bay is a tranquil setting - lovely and peaceful. The amenities were great (showers, barbecues, fuel, pump out). I will never forget the SWIFT principle 😁. The town of Onset is quaint - great for biking. The beaches are beautiful. Loved everything about this setting!
