Nice clean place. Not much to do.

We spent a night there while bringing our new to us boat from Ft. Lauderdale to Clearwater. The online reservation feature was ultimately the reason why we chose Anchorage over Gilbert’s across the channel.
We enjoyed our stay there. The facilities were great, showers were clean and well maintained. We didn’t try the pool but it looked great and if we had stayed a bit longer would have spent some time there.
The cons are no restaurant/bar and no fuel. We would have preferred to stay in a location that had everything. We wound up ubering across the bridge to Gilbert’s and went across the next morning for fuel, so we were able to accomplish all of our goals.
The slips are well protected from wakes and wind and we had an excellent night’s sleep.
Would definitely stay there again!

This was a cute little marina and hotel (or maybe time shares?). Everyone was really nice and the guests all seemed so happy. Kids and adults fished off the dock behind us whenever they got the chance, even in rain. We were here for some serious weather, so we didn’t get to enjoy the small heated pool, but the location was perfect and protected for most of the storm. Not much boat wake either since most people seemed to follow the No Wake signs here. The music from Gilbert’s sounded great, but we never made it over there.
Marina Response:
Hey Kelly, we're glad you enjoyed your time here. We hope to see you again so you're able to explore all of the great amenities here at Anchorage!

We booked on Dockwa. Got our confirmation, and I followed up verbally a day before heading to Key Largo. As we approach (5 minutes out), I tried to hail on 16 several times. No answer. Someone else answered me and told me I should call because they do not monitor 16. I called the number, and got an answering machine. Had to put the yacht into neutral and figure out what to do.
Five minutes later, I called again and got someone on the phone. I told them the name of my boat and that I need directions to my slip, and they said that they didn't have anything for me - no record of my reservation. After some back and forth, I provided the Dockwa confirmation number, and then they realized they didn't use my yacht's name on the reservation, rather the boat Manufacturer!
I asked for my slip assignment, and directions. She couldn't give me any directions (but it is a very small Marina and it was easy to find).
They do not have any dock staff, so you will likely need to dock without any help. The person in the office did come out after I asked that someone help me when I arrive, and we were able to toss our line, but I think it would have been smoother if my wife would have just jumped to the dock with a line in her hand.
We asked where the electrical hook up and water was, and the office manager did not know.
We found out (after the office closed) that there was a gate code needed to leave the premises (and gain entry). No one gave us any info.
This is not a "real" marina in the sense of most of the others. They have docks for large yachts (ours is a 53' Hatteras) and can accommodate even larger.
Price was inexpensive. So, you get what you pay for.
