One of the best places to stay on ICW. Great fuel prices. Very nice resturant, free golf carts to go around town, very very nice baths with provided clean towels.

What a hidden gem! Nestled within the quaint town of Belhaven is River Forest Manor and Marina 🩵 with clean restroom/shower facilities, dock side pump out and fuel (at your boat), free laundry, restaurant on site at the gorgeous manor, free golf cart and the nicest dockmaster, Mike, to see to your every need! Perfect spot to stay along your journey 🩵

River Forest was a great stop. The staff was very helpful and the free laundry and golf carts for provisioning was a big bonus. The grounds are also lovely.

The stay was pretty good but $20 Pumpout was a little expensive when other places are free or $10.

We found this place to be a hidden gem! What a beautiful place. From the moment Mike helped us into our slip, to the moment we pulled away from the dock, our stay was delightful! The Manor is stunning, and its amenities are above and beyond most others we've been to. Free laundry, free golf carts, towels and sundries for the free showers! The whole area is charming, true to its history. I highly recommend a stop at the River Forrest Marina! Thank you from the Solitude!

Fantastic location with great amenities! Having 3 golf carts to use is a major plus. Free laundry, at slip pump out, great dockhand, lots of places to sit and enjoy the fantastic view. Will definitely stop here again when in the area

Awesome staff and facilities. The grounds were well maintained and the showers clean and spacious with towels provided. There are complementary golf carts but the walk into town was easy. Was concerned a bit on water depth but had a minimum of 7’ to the dock. The entrance from the opening inthe break wall was will marked and we had 10+ feet.

Great stay at River Forest Marina! Mike was very competent at helping us docking during a windy day ( for other boats too). Harley in the Bistro was so warm and friendly, making great drinks. The bathrooms were clean with bath towels; the laundry room had 4 washers and 4 dryers. Highly recommended.

Gem of a site! The dock staff was SO helpful to this newbie. Can't say enough about them. The amenities are nice (they even provide towels in the showers!) Free laundry, golf carts to get you to Main St in just a few minutes. Diesel price was good. Excellent stay - would definitely visit them again!

We loved our stay at River Forest. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The grounds and facilities were beautiful and Belhaven is a lovely town and so walkable from the marina. We enjoyed dinner at the manor and got a tour even. We will be back.

The Manor is beautiful! The whole staff goes out of their way to be helpful. The Bistro restaurant had excellent food, and the expresso martinis are delicious! The dock master Mike is great and very accommodating. Free laundry and courtesy golf carts to ride around town!

A must-stay marina in our books. Thanks so much for a lovely 2-day visit. Golf carts available to get to visit town a few blocks away. Mad Batter is great for breakfast or lunch. Silver River for dinner - OMG - an amazing meal. The food and team at the Manor were equally impressive. This spot has been a highlight for us through this section.

Mike made docking easy. He communicated well with us over the radio with clear and precise directions. We did see an alligator behind our boat. The convenience of getting a pumpout in your slip is great. The manor was lovely. We had a tour it was interesting. The free laundry was wonderful. 4 washers and 4 dryers. The bathrooms were large and had a bench, lots of hooks and nice bath towels. The deck by the laundry room was pretty dirty with empty food boxes and some spilled food. I would definitely stay again.

Historic River Forest Marina has been a favorite stop of vessels transiting the ICW since 1947. Briefly known as Grand Manor Marina during 2023-2024, the facility is under new ownership and has taken back it's original name of River Forest Marina.

The marina is located at ICW MM 136, and just inside the breakwater upon entering Pantego Creek and the Belhaven Harbor. We have a well marked deep draft channel with ample 9' water depths throughout as well as at the dock. There is no lunar tide and minimal (<1ft) wind driven tide at our location.

There is an onsite restaurant, craft cocktail bar, and boutique hotel. We are located in the residential area of downtown Belhaven, an ideal location for walks and sightseeing or a leisure golf cart ride. We are a short walk or golf cart ride (approximately 0.4mi) from Belhaven's business district, which hosts an array of shops and restaurants.
