Grand Manor Marina

Outstanding! Always first class at the Grand Manor Marina. Well worth the stop!

Fantastic. People were great!. Will stay again coming North. Let us use golf cart to drive 1.5 miles to grocery store and free laundry facilities. Good old fashioned southern hospitality. Mike and Larry are the best!

This marina has been upgraded. Docks still need some work but new owners are doing a fabulous job. Facilities are much better and staff is great. We had a wonderful Independence Day here

Grand Manor is something of a standout where marina amenities are concerned. It began when we arrived and Mike the dockmaster and his team expertly helped us get into the slip and tie up in fairly blustery conditions. Then we discovered the two large private (and spotless) shower rooms with soap, shampoo and towels provided! Plus they have a large laundry room where the machines are free! And, traveling with our small dog, we really appreciated the on-site dog park. They also have an on-site food truck where you can get a (fairly expensive, but really tasty) burger with chips and a drink. They have golf carts available (also free, on a first-come basis) for exploring Belhaven or making a grocery run. Finally, there is a fine-dining restaurant on-site in the beautifully restored old mansion. The owners and staff of Grand Manor go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

A first class operation!!

The staff was friendly, helpful and appreciative of our being there. They provided an abundance of local info. The marina is under new ownership since May 2023 and the improvements are noticeable. A new outdoor pavilion, new landscaping and amenities, including a new, quality restaurant.

Every time we are here, there have been more improvements. Restaurant is excellent, staff terrific and helpful. Lovely setting , easy walk to town or can take one of their golf carts.

The staff and owner Larry could not have been more welcoming and helpful we will absolutely return again. Not to mention the on-site Bistro restaurant was excellent.

Everyone at Grand Manor were extremely kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we find ourself back in this area again. Highly recommend this marina and the great workers and owner.

We enjoyed everything about this marina! Sammy was helpful on our approach and at the dock. The location and facility is beautiful and the amenities were greatly appreciated. Clean fresh bathrooms with towels and a FREE laundry room with plenty of machines! The crew of Soul Shine highly recommends Grand Manor!

Loved the marina and town. The best marina staff on the ICW. This marina has lots of upgrades planned in the next several months. I can’t wait for our next trip to Grand manor Marina. Had our second stay April 2024. The owners and staff do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful experience while at their marina. Very friendly small town hospitality. They have golf carts for guest to use, free laundry and even provide towels in the showers. They opened a restaurant but was closed when we arrived so didn't get a change to try it out. The marina can be a little exposed to the wind at times but it's well worth the stay. We will go back again and again.

Nice marina, but would not like to be there in a storm.

This is a great marina & improving all the time. We look forward to the next time we stop to try out the on property restaurant. The dockhands are always professional, we had no issues with power or internet and the depth at dock is very accommodating for our six foot draft. You are somewhat exposed to fetch and they are fixed docks, but for us those are easily overlooked due to all of the positives. See you in the spring!

Great place to stop! Mike, Tom, Larry are all first class, very helpful and friendly. The complementary golf carts to get around were so nice, the community of Belhaven is wonderful. Treat yourself, stop here for a few days. When the Grand Manor is open (soon) it will really be special. We will be back.

This is a great marina. Henry, the past owner, and now the new owners are all great. New owner making some great upgrades to the property. Will have a restaurant. Dock, power and fuel all great. Also, free loaner golf carts to go to store or town to restaurants. Always a must stop for us.

Excellent location and staff. Cleanest bathrooms of any marina up and down the coast. Hands on owners, complimentary golf carts, quiet location with great protection. Garmin Charts are incorrect for approachable water depth. They have a well marked channel directly inside the breakwater and plenty of water surrounding and at the docks.

Wonder overnight stay at the new Grand Manor! (used to be River Forest, now under new management) They have several free golf carts to head into the town, we had a great dinner at Spoon River. Great package of information about the small town, fantastic help tying up to the fixed dock. We'll be back! Thanks Grand Manor!

This is a great little marina in the lovely town of Bellhaven NC. The folks are very helpful in all things, and we enjoyed the use of a golf cart. The 19th century manor house is beautiful, and the extensive grounds surrounding it are immaculate. The new owners, Larry and Gina, are making a lot of improvements to the entire property, including the marina and it shows. We will definitely stop here again.
