Excellent experience at SH Pt. Annapolis. First time into this busy harbor. Harbormaster, Kevin, was on the radio giving clear instructions on locating the right dock. Once in, he and his dockhand, Reed, were there to grab lines. They have all the right amenities including a nice pool & clubhouse. Courtesy van will take you in to town. Well run operation. Good job to Kevin and crew.

Port Annapolis is a nice, well maintained marina. It’s not far from downtown Annapolis, which can be reached by water taxi. There’s a grocery store less than a mile away and nearby restaurants.

Great people. Best service of any marina we have stayed at. Pump out is via a golf cart that came down the dock next to our boat. Suction system was incredible, less than 5 minutes for both tanks. I did nothing as Tyler the dock hand did everything. From greeting us when we arrived and tying us up, he sets the standard for outstanding customer service by which every marina should strive to have. If anyone asks me about Safe Harbor in Annapolis, they will hear about the dock service (Tyler) first. Thank you for a nice 3 days here

We stayed three nights; first time at this marina. Ron and Kevin in the office and Tyler on the docks were super helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. Ten stars for fantastic service! Beautifully landscaped, there's also a huge picnic area with grills, tables and umbrellas in a park-like setting. The complimentary bikes came in handy to get to the grocery store and marine store only a couple miles away. Pretty town, lots to do near the marina, including hiking and museums, as well as Annapolis. Thanks to Ron for shuttling us to Annapolis, fun town with plenty of dining and shops on and near Main Street; the Naval Academy and State House are a must-do. The marina has a beautiful pool, plenty of lounge chairs, tables and lifeguards. Fabulous bakery on-site too. There's an on-site boatyard as well with lifts just in case you need work done. A fantastic marina, make this a stop on your journey!

Kevin and the crew at Port Annapolis took excellent care of us during our stay. Kevin helped us dock and tie up in some 30 knot winds that popped up as we were approaching. Even though it wasn't a scheduled day, he was able to get the boat pumped out. During departure he took the time to help with a troublesome line.

Kevin, the Dockmaster, and his staff are fantastic. A change in ownership of a very well-run marina has been a positive. The Black-Market Bakers bakery/sandwich shop is fantastic. Try their Chicken Salad on Croisant.

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We needed an unscheduled short haul out to remove one prop. We were put on the schedule quickly. The crew helped to dock our boat after prop removal. We would recommend this marina 100%.

We’re very happy we chose this marina for a short stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The shower and restroom facilities were spacious and very clean. Great area for walking dogs. We’ll definitely come back!

Hands down the best marina we've stayed in! The staff were amazing, especially Scott and James! Everyone was professional, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. The whole place was clean, beautiful, and really well taken care of, which made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

PAM Dockmaster Scott goes well beyond normal expectations to welcome and help out in whatever way he can. Docks and grounds and well maintained and the small ship's store is incredibly convenient. Black Market Bakery is a cherry on top!

Scott is the best Marina manager! Helped us maneuver our older classic sailboat around the crowded Marina, gave us a courtesy ride to and from the Annapolis Boat Show and helped us out when a nor’easter pinned us for a few days . Scott is the go to guy for boaters in transit. We will be back, if Scott is around.

Port Annapolis was great. The people were wonderful, caring and willing to go out of their way to meet your every need. I would like to commend Scott for all he did to help us out. BTW if docking in a tight slip is not your thing give the staff a call and they have a “docking” craft that can maneuver you safely into your slip. Thanks PAM for taking care of us through through a bad nor’easter.

Ok…the Dock master , Scott…is who you want running your marina. He cares about your boat but he also cares about his people…and when you take care of your people you take care of your customers when you’re not looking. Best in the business is right here at Port Annapolis Marina ⬆️
