Very easy to use service! Excellent customer service. I will be using this service more often when I come up to Door County which is on on a regular basis.

Great staff. Dock hands added fenders and secured lines during a 2 day stretch of wind. Very helpful to protect my boat. Great location in Ephraim. Easy in/out boat ramp.

It was fine the whole times always have a great time there. The cottages are very nice and there are improvements every year. The location couldn’t be better because it is centrally located. Daryll and his wife are friendly and they care about their renters. We’ve been going there every year for the last 20 some years, and we love it.

Courteous and professional staff who provided service above and beyond expected. Attentive to boaters’ needs in unloading and loading, coming and going from the slip. Firehouse Marina is a great spot, with amazing harbor views and proximity to village of Ephraim center.

We stayed at slip T1 which worked out great. The slip had easy access to the water and the ramp. Electrical for our trolling motor was only about 10 feet from the boat. Parking was sufficient unless the town had an influx of boaters. Overnight trailer parking will need to be found elsewhere.

Great experience. We used the boat ramps to launch our boat and rented a transient slip for 3 days. The quality of the marina and the service was great. It is a fairly small marina (compared to Fish Creek or Sister Bay) but was perfect for us and we loved the central location. The slip construction, the boat ramp, and the bathroom facilities were all in great shape. The folks working there were helpful and friendly.

They need more cleats on the dock
Marina Response:
Additional cleats have been added to transient slips T1-T3 and we are looking into additional elsewhere. Thank you for the feedback, it allows us the opportunity to make our facility better.

Someone was in our slip
Marina Response:
I am sorry to hear that this occurred. We are working on a solution for providing a visual cue on the dock itself indicating reserved slips and available slips. Thank you for your comments.

Very basic place. If you need a place to stay for a few nights I’d go to someplace else. They added wooden boards to the pier with no rub guard on them. You need to get creative when tie you boat.
Bathroom well it’s a bathroom. No light in men’s shower so you have to keep the door open in a public bathroom... that was neat. Ephraim is a cute town but they need to do something about the marina situation. Mediocre at best.

You must provide credit card info before finding out if there is space available for your requested time slot.
Your slip number is given to you with no accompanying map to show you where it is. The instructions tell you to to reference a diagram that is in the window of harbor office. So you have to find a place to tie up temporarily, get out, find map, go back, untie and maneuver to your slip. And this is while operating my boat alone. Luckily there was a dockhand available for some of my stay but that was unusual. No staff was available for help or questions until late June.
Dealing with an online service while operating a boat is very awkward and nonsensical.
