We have visited Osprey Point for about 20 years and have always enjoyed our time there. While the grounds are well groomed and beautiful and the dock hands helpful, the condition of the floating docks is rapidly deteriorating. The finger pier a few slips from mine had collapsed into the water and the electrical transformer boxes directly behind my slip had sunken 6" below the surface of the decking, due to the rotted framework below creating a very unsafe condition.
Also, both the pool and the restaurant were closed without explanation.

Nice setting, my only complaint is the pool was closed and we were not made aware of that when we made our reservations the day before arriving.

As is the norm for our visits to Osprey Point marina over the last 20 years, this most recent stay was excellent. Facilities are top notch and well-maintained, staff is very helpful and friendly, and the unusually comfortable summer weather this weekend (which I don't think Osprey Point had anything to do with:)) made for a great visit. It's one of our golden retriever's favorite marinas! Update 6/26/25: Osprey Point Marina has been remarkably consistent over the years in continually providing a high level of customer service and maintaining their facilities to a high standard; the slipholders are also friendly and helpful with docking if/when we arrive after dockmaster hours; Update 7/26: another wonderful stay; the resident eagle nest just added to enjoyment; looking forward to the restaurant re-opening (and our condolensces for the loss of your friend and chef)

Awesome Marina! Friendly people, beautiful grounds. The pool has food and drinks which is great for relaxing and not having to leave. Bathrooms are spotless. Will definitely be back

Osprey Point Marina is a great destination. Employees and management were very friendly and helpful. Marina is beautiful with clean large bath house. Convenient to downtown, good exercise. I think a couple additional marina bicycles would be helpful. Food was good but a bit pricey. We will definitely go back to Osprey Point Marina in the future. Rock Hall is a nice place to visit, not a touristry trap, nice enjoyable, friendly people and a great town.

Usual good experience when cruising to Rock Hall. Responsive, helpful staff, beautiful grounds, quiet setting. Only thing--its fleet of bicycles is aging, rusted and out of repair (eg, not able to adjust seat heights, missing handle grips/baskets)--which is a hitch for transient cruisers wanting to get around town and the RH surroundings. Hard not to notice that the Haven Harbor and Rock Hall landing Landing bikes all over town in are newer and in much better repair. Upgrade the bike fleet and return OP to glory!

This is our favorite marina for a weekend getaway. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The marina is easy to navigate, making it simple to get in and out. It's very well maintained, and the beautiful location makes every visit enjoyable. We always look forward to coming back!

Lovely marina and inn. The grounds are so welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Transportation can be lined up to ride into Rock Hall or other destinations. So pleased to have discovered this gem.

Beautiful place!!! One side of the water is like a country farm and the other is the beautiful marina saturated with sailing vessels and transients! I can not praise the Osprey Restaurant enough….dinner was absolutely Devine!!! A must visit!! Especially if you have a fur baby that needs to run and charge squirrels!!!

First time back to Rock Hall and Osprey Point in 15 years. Staff super friendly and helpful and everything clean and spotless.
Rock Hall now has a circulator bus that swings by so super convenient.

Second stay this summer at Osprey. It is a really wondeful marina: nice slips, great people, beautiful grounds and pool, and an amazing restaurant. Did not like my slip this time, but I will request something else the next time i book.

Osprey Point Marina, clearly the finest marina on the Chesapeake Bay, is located in the charming bayside village of Rock Hall.The marina features 160-slip floating docks, wide access channels, full-length finger piers, dock boxes, free Wi-Fi internet access, and power posts equipped with electric and water hook-ups. Other amenities include an immaculate air-conditioned bath house, outdoor swimming pool, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bicycles.
