Always a great time at Burlington Harbor. From making our reservation, to arriving and asking questions, Sally took care of us along with her team of knowledgeable staff. Prompt answers, kindness and welcoming smiles made our entire weekend! We have been many times over the years, and will be back again!

We had a great stay from first contact. The marina staff immediately responded to our call on Ch. 71 per their confirmation email, and helped tie up my Nordic Tug 32. All the facilities are practically new and in excellent condition. They helped with a mid-stay fueling and pumpout and their diesel prices were reasonable. All told we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Definitely a 5 Star Marina!

Sally and the crew are wonderful - very knowledge and responsive to all our requests. This is a handicap friendly marina, which accommodated this skipper's needs greatly. The harbor is deep, clean water. The channels are wide with plenty of space to maneuver. The facilities are modern and always clean and easily accessible. The best part, you are within walking distance of a nice park area. We easily rented bikes for an enjoyable ride. This will be a favorite destination for our LNVT always

If I could give this marina six stars, I would. Sally and her staff were amazing. We were crossing Lake Champlain when a storm we did not anticipate came south. We had intended to anchor one more night before heading to Burlington. The storm changed our plans and the marina was able to accommodate an extra day to our trip. The dock hands and all the staff were always on the ball and SMILING constantly. I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but I feel that a friendly, outgoing, staff makes for a very nice stay. The marina is conveniently located to the city and all that it has to offer. The docks are clean and the bathrooms are among the absolute nicest between Florida and Canada. If you are doing the loop and planning on going down the Erie Canal, do yourself a favor and take a side trip up to Burlington and stay at this marina, you won't be disappointed.

The marina and service is top shelf, beautiful marina. Docks and bathrooms are spectacular. Will stay there next time in Burlington. Staff is professional, friendly and very accommodating Avoid with a NW wind. Very rough last night and still today

Fabulous Staff, Fabulous Facilities, Great security. Easy dockage with our 50' boat with a 5' draft. Easy walk into downtown with a lot of great breweries and restaurants.....HOWEVER! Eat early because you do NOT want to be out downtown after dark walking back to your boat. HUGE homeless problem and we saw people shooting up early on in the evening.

Easy marina to slide into. The do k hands were a great help with fuel and helping to tie up the boat. Convenient to restaurants by dinghy. Nice and clean Marina.
