Treasure Island Resort & Casino

We've always loved staying at the Treasure Island marina, and your upgrades are all very nice and appreciated. It's very sad to me that you have increased your rates so high that the transient dock was virtually empty all weekend, except for a few year long residents. I have been to this marina many times and have never seen an empty dock on a weekend in July! We keep our boat on the St. Croix river and people are taking all the way up by us about how ridiculously high the rates are at Treasure Island. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Got there just about 4. Got on channel 16 to let them know we were heading in and would like to check in and fuel up. The staff was great checking us in and letting us know where our slip was. They were also awesome getting us fueled up. Their sense of humor was great. Very happy to pull in treasure island marina.

I would like a refund . The dock power did not work with our boat. We had to run the generator all. Night. The dock guys called the management 2 times but never got a solution. Then they left for the evening

Dock hands were courteous. The power posts wouldn’t work. We had to try 4 different ones with cords crossing the dock which is a safety concern. Rates have become outrageous and boaters have spoken….it was empty on a concert weekend. With rates so high we won’t be back. We will drive in, watch the concert and leave without hitting the casino.

The staff is very helpful and knowlegable. Concerned why there are so many empty slips.

Facilities were great but problems with electric hookups were frustrating

The marina is too expensive on the weekends. Bathrooms were ok and showers were good.

Staff very new and inexperienced not know how to tie up boats. Was charged for a pump out when many other that had slips received their pump outs for free. Would like to know why!

If I could give this marina 0 stars I would! Let's start with the snotty, two faced people on B dock, i mean wow! If you want to party with a bunch of 55+ who act like high schoolers, this is the place for you! Otherwise there are much better options elsewhere!

Marina was awesome. Didn’t arrive till after 5:00 but received a email with our spot and instructions. Thank you. We’ll definitely come again.

facilities were awesome but had to call front desk to get a gas attendant to pump gas.

We have been at TI for over 20 years! It just keeps getting better every year.

We have a great group of people that make it one of the best marinas around. The casino and entertainment are also very nice to have easy access to. It was nice to see some new entertainment and activities for the marina this year! We are hopeful to see some big names perform next year at the ampatheater. One idea that may help improve marina services and customer satisfaction as well as improve management accessibility would be to to consider having the supervisor office down on the water where the action is (back area of ship store). It would be wonderful to know there always be someone at the gas dock during business hours. We have had to call the number listed many times to get someone to help us get gas, pump out or even supplies and it is very frustrating. Perhaps this could would free up dock staff to better care for the bathroom and shower areas as well. On a side note, we have noticed that slip rates are going up yearly, previously we would only notice an increase every few years. We are hoping this won't become the new normal as most boat owners are just regular joes making it work :) We are very excited to spend another year at TI!

Will be back next year, everything was great the entire season

We are new to the marina and are very impressed. It is always well taken care of and everyone is very helpful.

Most importantly...the whole dock now has 50 Amp, 240 Volt power. Normally only slips 1-4 had 240 V, and the rest had 208 V ("Normal for back in the day"). The decking has all been replaced, but some of the stain was transferring to the swim platforms when wet. Nothing major and came off with a scrub. They were a bit understaffed for a Friday afternoon on an expected event weekend, resulting in delayed radio communication and docking assistance. Cool band was playing in the lot on Saturday and the kids loved the waterpark. Overall, pretty nice!

Marina was perfect. Shuttle service to the casino was unreliable.

Celebrated a friends 50th birthday party. Fantastic dinner with 10 people at the Casino restaurant Tado, bean bag tournament and very helpful dock hands as well as support from the facility for our party. Marks the third year of our tradition.

Boat slip was open and waiting for us. Easy to rent!

Nice facility. We enjoyed our stay at the marina. Docks were nice and the amenities were great.

Terrible. C dock electric was very bad. Kept tripping when my ac kicked in. Worked over 2 hours trying to get it to work. One hot night on the boat with no ac. I want a refund and one free night pass for my troubles. What is wrong with C dock electric? Got back to Kings Cove and everything is perfect. Call Todd at 952-237-8054.
