Hotel room was great, clean and fresh. Food/dining was below expectations, service was poor, with grumpy servers (clearly understaffed) and long lines at currents, Mongo bay and Tado. Gaming experience was good. The shuttle crews were fantastic.
Lots of improvement needed with marina staff leadership!

Great time at the hotel
First time docking our boat there. Pulled up to the office area and the dock boy was more interested in looking at his phone then helping a new customer. When we finally got his attention he asked if we had a reservation and we gave him our name. He yelled out c37. That meant nothing to us but we figured 3 docks A, B,and C and then we seen the numbers so we concluded on our own. He never was the least bit interested in helping us dock which was fine, it saved us our $100.00 tip I would have gave. But then to top it off, a lady called a little later and asked if we were coming. We never checked in and our C8 spot was still open. We told her about the boy and that he had us in c37. It all worked out but If you have a job to do you should do it and do it well. In our case it would have been rewarding.
All is good we will be back.

Marina Staff should attempt to contact you via VHF Marine Radio Channel 16, and switch to Channel 9 for the conversation. Alternatively, if you don't have a VHF Radio, please call 651-385-2575 if possible. Before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, we do have fewer Staff due to students in High School and College, but we will attempt to help you into your slip if possible. I expect each guest to be treated properly. The call you received from the female Team Member is part of our closing procedure. Staff will attempt to call each guest who has not arrived so slip assignment and other information can be exchanged. Clearly, you were not marked as having arrived. The staff was very helpful each time we docked and overall were very accommodating. Other people who were there were also very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the casino was quick and convenient too. I highly recommend staying at TI Marina.

If you need a shuttle, there is a phone on the wall of the bathroom building, just push the auto dial button and you can request a shuttle from the operator. The dock staff was great and gave us all the information we needed. The shuttles worked pretty well. We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes a couple of times. On Sunday the day we were supposed to leave, they allowed us to stay till about 2:30 PM so we could go back to the casino for lunch and watch the football game. it was a great weekend and really enjoyed it. We saw a great band called weekend rockstar at the parlay lounge. They were fantastic. We spent time at the swim up bar and that was also a lot of fun with all of our friends. I highly recommend treasure island, Marina.

There are always fun things to see and do in the Casino, and I'm happy you had fun! If you are interested in a later check out, please contact the Marina Staff through Dockwa, by phone 651-385-2575, or in person. Generally speaking, if nobody is scheduled to be in the slip you're occupying, we will have no issue with a later check out. The same thing applies to bad weather. We would not force someone to leave in a storm. With that in mind, if you arrive during a storm, please work with us to dock you safely in a temporary spot as your slip may be occupied. A waitress at current restaurant was awful. All my years have never dealt with anyone that disrespectful. Almost 2 hours in there never came and asked us if we needed anything, when the food came she dropped one of the plates of food threw our plates on the table at us I was so sick to my stomach NEVER been treated this way I was talking to my friends earlier about bringing our boats to TI and leaving our marina after that they said he’ll no and we love to gamble. Went back to our boats feeling angry sucks I wanted to have a fun night and gamble I guess Mystic will be our choice from now on. The plate she dropped on the floor we got for free and 10% off the bill whatever should have been we’re very sorry this happened and cleared the bill out no charge whatever. You’ll be loosing some people I do have a big mouth and I do have friends who are apart of Mystic. I’m 73 been coming here a lot of years pool tournaments, concerts pumpkin carving gambling wow. What a bad taste in my mouth

Truly a Treasure. Staff is incredible, (don't forget to tip the dock staff) marina is neat and clean. Deep water access. Facilities are always clean, free shuttles to casino. Just an all around great summer destination.
