Portside marina is a great place to stay either for a short stay for dinner at their fabulous outside bar/restaurant or for a multi-day stay. The dockhands are first rate and will be there when you're entering the harbor. They wear bright colored shirts so they can be seen before entering the harbor. The bar/restaurant is great with terrific service. The bathroom/showers are all individual and very clean. Great place, independent owners not attached to any conglomerate corp. (for some reason, it won't let me click on 5 stars.. but I rate it 5+ stars.

There’s no place like Portside Marina on Kelly’s. Been coming here for years. Dockhands are great. Food service and drinks are spectacular. Just have to be careful of wind direction and speed cuz you’ll get rocked to sleep!!!’

Had to wait until all of the Bay Point boats were docked, along with a boat looking for 4 hours of dockage. Quite frustrating having to watch boat after boat allowed to dock, most of whom had arrived after us. We just sat and waited. Took over an hour to get the call to dock. When called, we were in and docked in less than 10 minutes. Hopefully this was a one off, as normally it's a better docking experience. The dockhands were great as usual.

About Portside Marina
Portside Marina is Kelleys Island's finest docking and dining destination. Our family owned and operated marina was recently rebuilt and renovated. Our 115 slips and channel accommodate over 120 boats, up to 70' length and 25' beam. We offer hourly and overnight docking, shower facilities, golf cart and bike rentals. We are located in the heart of downtown Kelleys Island, tucked away down along the waterfront, apart from the hustle and bustle of the street activity. Our friendly staff will help you dock your boat, register for a slip, and settle in for a drink and fine meal. We look forward to your visit.
