This was a one nite stay and our first time there. The highlight was the professionalism and thoughtful handling of our arrival by Joe. Just a great guy and Emerson who rocked us did a great job as well! I will say that the docks (floating) were sub par. Very narrow, very old. Given the pricing, I would have expected better. I did notice that they had 3 courtesy cars parked in front and that is a very nice extra even though we did not take advantage of one.

We were here for 5 nights, on I dock. The staff is great, very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. I met Wayne, the owner, as he was pedaling his bike around the marina; a pleasant, charming, welcoming man who truly cares about his establishment. The marina has 3 Courtesy Vehicles, which we used almost daily. I would say it is the best part of the experience! Main Street is a quick walk, and has a good mix of shops and restaurants. For groceries and general needs, you'll need one of the Courtesy Vehicles, or Uber. If you're a golfer, there are multiple courses within a 15 minute drive. It is a working marina, so lots of vehicles and employees on the property all day. However, we never felt overwhelmed by activity or noise. The 5th star of my review would require a "toning down" of the pool entertainment. Friends were staying on B Dock, we were sitting on deck attempting to talk but ended up yelling to be heard over the magician, whose speakers were blaring hard rock music. The only other room for improvement I see is the state of the docks. They are VERY low and very worn. Our line was pulled down the dock, leaving it FULL of small and large splinters. We will be back!

Our first time here and we loved it! Great marina with pool, 2 restaurants, laundry facilities and courtesy cars. Great dockhands, walking distance to town and beaches. Live music most days too. Will definitely be back

Location, Location. Arrived Friday. Dock hand met us at the slip. After a hot day boating to get there we put our bathing suits on and went over to Trader Ed’s for lunch (good) and swim in the pool. Wait service was excellent at Trader Ed’s. Showers were okay. Laundry next door ( didn’t use). Besides Trader Ed’s there is an other restaurant called Tugboats. Very popular/Very busy. Nice views of the harbor from the upper Deck. This was our 3rd stay and didn’t disappoint . Day trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard both about 20 miles away.

Great Marina. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Great facilities. Ship store. Courtesy car to go get provisions. Pool. Short walk to Main St. Spotless bathrooms. All in all, a great place with great people and reasonable prices.

First time in Hyannis. Definitely paying for the location. Good power. Plenty of spots to dine. Met the owner. Very hard worker. Good way to get on the cape with out the drive.

Fantastic full service Marina. We shipped out 39’ center console up from Miami. We launched it at Hyannis Marina and stayed 6 nights. Wonderful staff. They even have loaner cars to get your provisions. I would definitely recommend.

Workers were very pleasant and helpful. Courtesy car came in handy as well. Docks need some work as there were several rusty and loose cleats.

Poor docks. Had to walk sides around a dock box to get to board. Dockmaster was nice and courtesy car appreciated.

Great location at end of J dock, watched the busy harbor all stay long. It was great that courtesy vehicles are available to enjoy the town center only a few minutes away by car. Both Tugboat and Trader Ed were great restaurants.

Hyannis Marina was a convenient stop to visit family&friends, re-provision, and buy parts at the marine store. Easy access on site to shower, do laundry and buy ice. There were also 2 restaurants on site, although we did not visit them. The pool is another great feature which we ended up not using. Overall a great stay with accommodating staff. We did use the courtesy car to run errands.

It is recommended that you call the Dock Office prior to your arrival at 508-790-4000 Ext 4.

Dockmaster & Fuel Dock hours

July – August: 8 am – 8 pm, 7 days a week
June, Sept - Mid October: 8 am – 6 pm, 7 days a week
Mid October – May: 8 am – 5 pm, closed Sundays

Rafting

At the discretion of the Dockmaster. VESSELS ARRIVING FOR THE FIGAWI REGATTA, pending on arrival, SHOULD PREPARE TO POSSIBLY RAFT, unless arriving a day or two in advance of that Friday.

Customers booking during the Friday Figawi Race: As always, slips for the Friday of Figawi are on a first arrival first serve basis (regardless of your Reservation). Once the slip spaces are properly filled early Friday, then we then go to a rafting situation. BE PREPARED TO RAFT!!! If you do want to go in to the raft, you must book a day or more outside of Friday.
