This used to be a great place to spend the night, or plan as a destination for a weekend. It still looks nice, but ownership changed a few years ago and the facilities have deteriorated. The restaurant is closed. we had to plug in a stanchion that has fallen on the dock. The bathrooms aren't clean, and you have to bring your own toilet paper. We left at 9:30 and the dockmaster hadn't yet arrived. We won't include it in future plans.
We miss you Judy!

Showers don’t work very well, it’s close to town, electricity and water are okay, everything is pretty rustic .

While not the most modern marina, it was a great place to spend a night, and given the locking restrictions on the Champlain Canal, a welcome stop. We had to change our reservation, and they were very accommodating. The friendly dockmaster welcomed us at the dock and helped us settle in.
The restaurant and bar "The Basin" was very good. They had live music, which was at a reasonable volume so that you could still talk while you enjoyed the music. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall.
For future visitors, two small heads up. The docks are a bit wobbly, and we saw only about 4.5 feet of depth at the dock. Overall, a great stay at a lovely small marina.

Well marked entry and very helpful staff. Great restaurant on site with tiki bar with very good cocktails. Aging facility with bathrooms and showers but certainly adequate for the task. We will certainly be back again.

Super friendly and professional marina! No problem w last minute reservation bc we got stuck in between the locks for the day. The restaurant was phenomenal! (Try the garlic chicken wings). We took electric, water and ice while there. Amazing people and stellar spot to dock for the night!

Great people. Dock a bit wobbly. Showers difficult to control temperature and very low volume.

Don and Donna were very friendly, and accommodating. Easy walk into town, access to groceries. Nice having the restaurant at the marina. Docks need upgrading. Would definitely stay again.

I called them ten times, no response. They accepted my reservation a hour after I anchored then left a message on my phone saying they think they saw me anchored on the river, I asked for a refund, they never called back and they charged my credit card. Don’t go!

A rustic marina with all the amenities. Plus, there's an awesome restaurant onsite that serves great food. The town is just a few blocks away, where more restaurants and a nice grocery store can be found. General Philip Schuyler, who the town is named after, also has a home there, now a National Park, and it's free.
