There is a strong current here at the bridge. We arrived at a busy time and had to hang out in the channel while the dock hands coordinated the traffic of parking transients and tourist boats. The gentleman on the radio gave very clear instructions on how to approach and where to go. We were placed in a slip facing the bridge and the orientation of the docks gave us some reprieve from the current, but slack tide may help those that don't have twin screws or bow thrusters. Use the dock hands. They know what they're doing and the long fingers in the slips allow you to get a line in their hands early to help guide you in against the current.
The docks were floating and in great condition. Plenty of depth at the fuel dock and in the slips. They are setup to do pump outs at your slip so you don't have to relocate to do so, which is nice. Laundry and shower facilities were clean. We only stayed one night and didn't venture out, but we would return here.

$2.30/foot plus $17/day for electric (not pleased about that)
We have a 50 foot trawler. It was recommended to go during slack tide. We did that, but the wind was such that we had to try docking twice. The dockhands were great and definitely knew how to handle boats coming in with the tide and wind.
Docks are not keyed and there's a lot of foot traffic during the weekends. It was not a problem.
The bathrooms were a distance away from the transient dock. There were 3 toilets and 3 showers - didn't seem enough for such a large marina. But it was keyed and nice as compared to the public bathrooms around the corner.
The laundry room / lounge was also keyed. This is the place the marina put all the Amazon deliveries, since there really isn't a marina office. I would be concerned that my items were left unattended in the laundry room.
Right in the middle of everything, We waked to the Castillo de San Marco as well as the shops and restaurants downtown.

Awesome location, steps from all the places St. Augustine has to offer. Floating docks are in great shape and easy access to the bathhouse and laundry facilities. Nice green space nearby to walk your dog. Great mooring field and easy access dinghy dock, as well as fuel dock. Staff are very responsive and helpful in getting you tied up and set up–especially given current can be strong in this area. Wish was easier to see info on marina online like pricing and availability as we were trying to decide whether to do a mooring ball or slip.

Great location--close to plenty of good restaurants and the St Augustine attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Laundry (3 washers and dryers) and showers are in good shape. Convenient pump out right at the slip. Plenty to look at--lots of big flashy boats, interesting birds, pirate ships, even a dolphin right near the dock!

Great marina, very close to the tourist district and many, fine restaurants. We do this thrip every year with our boating club, and have never had a problem.
WiFi, clean showers, washers/dryers and a boaters room, good electricals, and water at the docks. free pumpout.
If you are docking a smaller boat (20-30') ask for an "inside" slip. The outside slips are exposed and if a wind comes up from the N.E. you will rock and roll.
I second O.C.White restaurant across the street, and also recommend "Harry's" about 1 block down toward the fort (North).
