Clear Lake Marine Center

Awful management with zero business ethics. No security, stuff missing from boat every time I go back. Boat is always filthy with paint over spray from nearby boat yard. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Owner likes to raise rates out of the blue especially during peak season.

Great little marina on clear lake. Brackish Water. Excellent Bang for the buck! Management very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Service is available on the premises. However the serivece being on the premises is a draw back as all of the sanding and ginding floating through air ends up on the boats docked in the marina. If you don't mind a little clean up when you get there this place is great. Not in the thick of things but not far from it. Will definitely sign another lease when it comes due.
