Harrington Harbour is our favorite marina. The Dock staff are very responsive and conscientious; the grounds are beautiful and very well kept, we love the choice of relaxing by the pool or on the beach and the bathhouses are the best.

My family has been coming to Herrington Harbor South marina for over 30 years. The pool, the food, the transient accommodations have been consistently excellent. We have enjoyed every visit to this consistently outstanding marina.

Prompt service at a very busy pool..... Amazing fireworks along with wonderful music piped thru the marina! Restaurant was so busy yet attentive (made our reservations a month in advance which I do recommend) . Landscaping was superb! Beach with serene views. Grills kept up very nicely with gas and were clean.

Love this marina! Helpful friendly staff, beautiful grounds all around, nice beach with an awesome view. The restaurant has really good food. Love having an outdoor bar area to get drinks. Restrooms are always clean and air conditioned.

Our yacht club group was there last weekend, and we had a great time. The staff was very helpful and available for information. We will be back next year for sure.

It was so easy getting into and tying up to a side tie transient dock. The marina staff was there to help us tie up. The pool was great, the Ketch 22 restaurant was great, the bathhouse was great. A very nice transient destination or just for a great weekend getaway.

Update: 7/24/26. Wanted to give a big shout out to the dockmaster and dock hands who noticed the boat in the slip next to us was moving around and looked like the bow thruster was on. Nobody was on the boat but they checked it out and found a rogue bow thruster with an overheated battery. They disconnected the battery , shut off all power to the boat , checked all the other batteries and left it open so the one could cool down. They came back periodically during the day and next day to check on it. Great catch and great follow up! Update August 17, 2024
Temporary problem due to dredging of the channel. It is very LOUD if you are on A dock as we were or on the beach pier as our friends were. We all wish we had been warned about the noise. Our boat was actually vibrating all day from the dredger which runs from 7 AM to 6 PM. It was awful. We actually had to move slips on our second day to D dock which was quiet. This is still one of our very favorite marinas and we stay here 3-4 times a year but will not be back till the dredging is done which I am told could be another 4 weeks. Otherwise, the marina was fantastic with beautiful landscaping, eco-trail to walk our dogs, pool with morning water aerobics, sparkling clean bath houses, friendly staff and our favorite Chesapeake Deli across the street.

Visiting HHS was one of the highlights of our 11-day sailing trip. We enjoyed the pool, the great dockside service, and the picnic area where we cooked our supper. Thanks for easy access to ice and the ride to a market for provisions. We always look forward to our visits to HHS; the whole crew there is top-notch! This year, they helped us promptly address a serious entanglement issue with one of of sea scout sailboats. We couldn’t have asked for more…

One of the best Marina's on the Chesapeake Bay. The grounds are well kept with lots of positives. The pool and service is awesome and love be waited on by friendly staff. The bathrooms are well kept and clean and the deli across the street is fantastic. We used the restaurant for dinner and it was simply amazing with a friendly and helpful waitress. This is the place to go if you want to get away and just have fun.

Excellent marina Great dock hands . Beautiful grounds . Beautiful pool. Lively and lovely restaurant. I would definitely come back. One recommendation. They should have bicycles for use .

Great boaters destination! This was our second time here and was better than the last! Dock hands seem to got it together and knowledgable. Catch 22 resturant has great food with great choices. The landscaping around the property is beautiful and welcoming for walks. Will definitely go back!!!

This is such a beautiful marina and complimented with a wonderful staff. In addition to enjoying the facilities, I had some power issues mostly associated with the pickiness of my yacht - and I could not have wished for a more professional staff. These guys were amazing with both troubleshooting and offering up extension cables to ensure my power issues were fully accommodated.

Top notch marina and facilities. Great bar, restaurant, pool and Deli/Store across the street. Nice walkways, on-site hotel/cottages. A complete resort for boaters...and others too.

Our second stay and it was just great. We took the shuttle into North Beach and had lunch at Vaughans Cheese Shop. The marina is very clean and quiet.
