What a great experience! Was met at the dock by two of their team and they did an outstanding job with the lines and getting us tied up in a decent blow. Even provided two oversized fenders to keep our boat safe. Multiple times a day they checked on our boat and the office team is super friendly and helpful!Parking is available and the price is very reasonable. Everything is in walking distance and plenty of restaurant options on this end of Newport. This will be our stop from now on heading north or south.

This was probably our best stay at this particular marina yet, mostly thanks to the staff. Everyone was kind (especially with our kids), competent and always available. Shout out to Luis, who is calm and a true leader. My family will definitely be back!

Excellent service ! Friendly atmosphere and a great restaurant and bar at the end of the dock. The Marina Manager Julia was super nice and the dock hands were exceptional at assistance. I look forward to returning in late August ! Jellybean the boat .

Booked same day for a short term day trip. Deck hand was great and very helpful. Slip was great and easy, even with the somewhat narrow entrance into the marina.

Staff was amazing! They really fit a ton of boats in marina and do it well. Very calm and courteous. Bathrooms and showers need an upgrade, when you are paying top dollar for a slip you expect amenities. The loud music going past midnight is a little disappointing as well. Overall, a great experience.

All the help was knowledgeable in receiving me and tying my boat up. Only thing I could suggest is the cost to stay is a to expensive for the average person all Marinas are pricing people out of boating and Dockwa should only take a deposit of 1 night instead of charging me the full amount as soon as my reservation was confirmed.

Dock is in a great location. Little bit of a squeeze getting in and out. As always the dock staff was fantastic and super helpful. Do wish they put some renovation into the bathroom and showers. But overall love staying there

The staff and dockhands are all very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the live music on Friday and Saturdays - unless you're looking for a party, in which case it's terrific.

Waite's Wharf is home to not only West Wind Marina but also to one of Newport's finest restaurants, a premier nightclub, a private lounge for our marina guests, and a fabulous event schedule. Busy weekends may require stern-to-dock rafting, and boats may not be able to go in and out daily during the course of their stay. You won't need to leave the wharf to look for fun, we have it all! Waites Wharf has fine dining, casual dining, music, bike rentals, electric vehicle rentals, and try your hand at axe-throwing. We can't wait for you to visit us at West Wind Marina.

Booking Info

Please Be Advised:

On high traffic weekends and holidays, vessels may be required to tie up stern to the dock (med-moored). Vessels will have close and easy access to electric as well as easy stern access for boarding. We will not be rafting anyone off of the dock or put any boater in a situation where they would be required to use another vessel to board their vessel.
