The guest dock #5 was perfect. I was able to stay for 2 nights. The Everett Marina office called me to confirm I wanted 2 nights. They were also able to give me reserved spot #45-47 for the two nights, so I don't have to move my boat.
I do live 5 minutes away from the marina and I bring my car over here to go out and run errands or to work. My only issue is with the pay parking lots. My car is here for 12-24 hours sometimes. The pay parking is different all over the marina parking lots. Near the guest dock and restaurant you can only do 4 hours max. So I have to pay several separate times. Out in the far away parking lots you can select different lengths of time. It's all done through the same parking lot company when you scan their Q code.
Why do I have to do this? 2 -4 times during my stay.

Staff is great as always. Availability to parking for paid Hat Island visitors can be an issue. The range on the guest 5 pumpout could be improved.

The lights were very bright overnight. A double edge as security was improved yet sleep was a bit tough without window coverings. Although George was excellent and went above and beyond to get us reservations and onto Dock 5 which is recommended. the older docks not so much. There is also a nice dock around the bend first come first serve.

I got a spot... that's about it for positive. Price was expensive for a 24ft boat. And staff was rude on the phone. Trying to rush the call from the moment I answered to when they hung up on me.

We love the location, so close to new restaurants.

Made a special trip to check out new docks and restaurants. We were assigned to old
dilapidated docks in the back. Mostly Indian crab boats, including our assigned slips.

Everett has beautiful guest docks, friendly staff, and an ever expanding list of nice restaurants. We love visiting there to see friends, get supplies, etc.

Great stay. Nice wide docks. The “keyed” access to guest dock and Heads was not passed along, but both were open. Enjoyed the retail improvements in S Basin Everett.

Pleasant, but the harbor master seemed unaware that a boat was already in part of the slip assigned to us. Pumpouts on the dock but no indication as to where the hoses are. Additional information on the map handout would be helpful. Nice restaurants, water feature was fun.

This marina is spectacular. So much to see and explore. Even just walking through the serpentine paths looking a the views and all the great community spaces was refreshing. Easy mooring , great power and water and accessible staff.Definitely worth a stop for a day or two.

Stay was very good. Everyone at the marina was extremely nice except for George. He met us at the dock with a very rude attitude. A little training for his customer service is highly recommended no reason to treat people badly because your having a bad day.

Stayed in the Central Dock area. Clean restroom/shower, lots of dining and bar options, and good walking.

Same easy process however pay close attention to dock assignment. Best is K. Dock 1 pretty exposed to passing boat traffic and current. Dock 2 in the middle of shoreline construction, near active RR tracks (noise) and close Pumpout. Whatever algorithm used assigns without human interaction. May have to talk to a warm body to end up where you want.
Shoreline re-development very active. New pub, ice cream, another restaurant soon to open etc. Rapidly becoming a destination marina!

Easy process using app. Different location for guest moorage w/reservations than in previous visits.
Large easy to access linear dock. Great security lighting at night. However dock is accessible by public during the day and lots of foot traffic walking by boat. Unfortunately Dock access not locked after dark. Only signs stating restricted to boaters and guests…not much deterrent.
New restaurant Fisherman’s Jack open (upscale Chinese) and new speakeasy (4-11pm) the Muse is excellent. Great marina to visit!

Happy to get a reserved spot on dock 5. Happy we got to know that part of Everett with several great restaurants.

Docks in very poor condition and dirty. Bathrooms were good but showers not accessible. I called security to get into the showers. They said wait about 20 minutes for a security guard to get there to open showers. So no shower. We never saw anyone from the Port while there.

Fantastic marina with a great guest dock experience. Guest dock 5 is now the crown jewel at Everett right on restaurant row. We enjoyed our stay there and being able to take advantage of all the great places to eat right near the dock. Facilities are clean and modern and the guest dock was well protected. Highly recommend Everett as a stop!

First time there. Shower code did not work but Madison with Security went above and beyond to help us out! An employee spoke with us twice on the dock. That was great. Only complaint was the massive amount of lights on the dock at night. Some light is good but when your boat is like a surgery room inside all night, it's a bit too much.
We will most likely return.

Lots of good stuff going on at the port these days and the weather was incredible. The parking situation is horrendous, especially on a sunny weekend. Hopefully, this is a work in progress but there is not much room left.
