I don’t know why I bother going through the process of “reserving “ a slip when anyone can just show up and occupy a slip with the “Reserved” sign clearly present. Upon arrival , we found two boats in our assigned slip. It took several calls to the office attempting to find an alternate. Our last conversation ended with, “It’s three minutes to closing and I don’t have anyone here to help.” As the call ended, the two boat owners walked out of a nearby bar and departed. On to the next issue: the free, “hot” showers. No change in a year - the showers are hot if you have three arms. Two to take a normal shower, the third to keep the hot water button pressed in. Once you release the button, the water turns ice cold immediately. Having gone through that experience last year, we opted to wipe down aboard. I’d rather pay a dollar for five minutes of hot water. Everette is no longer a preferred stop during our cruising season.

Very nice marina with lots of amenities within walking distance. Marina staff was excellent, with a special shout out to George who came and checked on us when we came in. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

I feel like I should try to get my money back. For three days, every time I returned to Port there was a vessel in the slip that I paid to reserve, leaving me to dock on the outside guest dock unprotected against the wake of boat traffic. Not what i paid for. Each time this was reported to the dock attendant and I was assured that the problem had been taken care of only to happen again.
There is no signage on the north guest dock showing first- come first-serve or Reserved. So everyone treats it as first come first served. Leaving the paying customer shorted.

guest dock 5 - excellent dock, nice restaurants, very easy docking.
HORRIBLE pumpout.
They need to actually USE what they designed. Who in the world creates a pumpout where you have to unreel a 50ft hose, unsnap a makeshift attachment to the dockside =?
These hose reels are not a new thing. They had one at the old J guest dock that was very easy and simple to use. This one is a 'turd'.
Very dumb. Then the pumpout STOPPED working. I talked to a few others and they also could not get it to work. At least mine worked until it didn't.

The port of Everett Marina has really approved over the years the fuel dots fantastic and the new restaurants above guest stock five or out of this world fisherman. Jack’s is worth the trip just by itself. Only one small complaint. The pup out cart was missing apart so I couldn’t use it. It would’ve been very convenient to do that right at the dock. Hopefully their maintenance team can get that pump out cart squared away.

Love this marina. Out tie-up was dock 5, right in front of restaurant row. Had an excellent meal at Fisherman Jack's. Will be back again!

Great little ADA guest dock. Worked very well getting our 86 year old friend in his wheelchair down to the boat. Marina was super accommodating in that they even called us to let us know we had left our spotlight on. Didn't want us to have a dead battery in the morning for our fishing day. (Yes, our friend did catch a salmon!)

Not the usual stay. In experienced Dock staff and ALOT of sewage floating around the guest dock area!

Same easy process however pay close attention to dock assignment. Best for us is Guest Dock 5.
1 pretty exposed to passing boat traffic and current. Dock 2 in the middle of shoreline construction, near active RR tracks (noise) and close Pumpout. Whatever algorithm used assigns without human interaction. May have to talk to a warm body to end up where you want.
To be fair, last 2 Dockwa reservations included request for Dock 5 and were recognized/confirmed.
Shoreline re-development very active. New pub, ice cream, another restaurant soon to open etc. Rapidly becoming a destination marina!

Easy process using app. Different location for guest moorage w/reservations than in previous visits.
Large easy to access linear dock. Great security lighting at night. However dock is accessible by public during the day and lots of foot traffic walking by boat. Unfortunately Dock access not locked after dark. Only signs stating restricted to boaters and guests…not much deterrent.
New restaurant Fisherman’s Jack open (upscale Chinese) and new speakeasy (4-11pm) the Muse is excellent. Great marina to visit!

Very smooth. No issues with the arrangement. I do wonder if next time I can have the boat placed in a secure dock with the entry door gate. I was an Everett Marina tenant for 40 years and enjoyed the security with the key entry for the gate.

We had a terrific 3 night stay on guest dock 5. It was the perfect location close to all of the restaurants plus parking just up the ramp for our guests and close/easy accessible garbage and recycle. Also the staff was super accommodating--we were concerned about the depth at low tide so easily moved us to a different dock plus a knowledgable dock hand to help with our lines. Looking forward to our next trip back!

The marina was excellent, but not a good option if you're looking launching your boat and leave your boat trailer. Turns out you can't. No trailer parking in the marina area, which makes sense, but LAZParking won't allow you to leave boat trailers unattended for any period of time. Boat trailer attached to your tow vehicle, yes. But you cannot disconnect your trailer, drive to dinner or visit friends. Got ticketed within 30 minutes of disconnecting from my trailer and leaving. Bad system.
