I have to address fuel prices, i think this will be a regular spot for us to fuel up. Labor day must have been quite the party because tuedays the town was closed. FYI

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and the marina and staff have always been great. This year over Labor Day was even better and I’m all the more certain I will keep OHM in my trip plans going forward. I for one welcome their steps toward modernization; integrating with the DockWA app and even the new, overly-scathed shower app are wins in my book. I hate signing up for another app as much as anyone, but it’s right on par with the long walk back to the boat on the occasions when I forget my quarters.
Again, gold stars for the crew: The Waterloos were clean, docks were clean, lots of clean dock carts, responsive messaging in the app, and an extra shout out for carrying block ice as well as bags! Until next time,

Staff here are always friendly. Fuel prices are always the lowest around. Nice grassy areas and a beach for the dogs. Town is a bit of a hike but no big deal. Docks are a little run down. Watch for westerly blows and turn around in the narrow channel next to G docks before docking so you face west.

why do i have to sign up for YET ANOTHER APP just to take a SHOWER??? i have to pay them a minimum of $10 for them to keep a "balance" just so i can spend A DOLLAR FIFTY???? USE COINS OR CASH OR GIVE A US MONEY OPTION INSTEAD OF STUPID APPS snarfing our personal info and MONEY.

Beautiful Marina - clean, quiet and friendly staff. Laundry and shower facilities are great - love the convenient card system. It is a ways to town but with our e-bikes it was great.

Reserving our slip was easy and the people were nice and helpful. The marina doesn’t have much in the way of amenities and there’s nothing at the marina (restaurants, bars, groceries, etc). It’s a convenient overnight stop for us but nothing to really recommend the marina beyond that.

We had a great overnight stay at Oak Harbor Marina. From friendly staff who changed my moorage date without hassle to the capable hand at the fuel dock. It couldn't have been better. We were not able to shower as the app that is required seemed somewhat elusive to us but no problem. I also expect some sort of electrical upgrade may be in the future at older sections of the marina which is where, I expect ,we were moored.

We were able to get in the day before and be all together. That was great. The fuel pumps were pretty slow so the wait was a little challenging with the wind having to hover, but the folks at the fuel dock were really nice.

Definitely false advertising on the fuel dock, and no interest in make things right for the customer.
We attempted to take advantage of the online advertised $4.83/Gal of diesel, you definitely have to plan and time right with the tide to get into this marina off the beaten path, in addition you need to make an online reservation for at least 1 night to make your time worth and get the best price on fuel.
On arrival to the fuel dock, the price at the pump was $5.08/Gal, to which we complained, showed the online price, talked to their office / harbormaster to no avail. They just denied our request to honor the advertised price and charged us the $5.08 regardless. It doesn't seem like a lot, but when you fill 300+ gallons, it does count, and not only that, is a matter of principle!
If you are advertising the incorrect price, you honor it if you are a half decent marina / harbormaster.
Not planning to ever go back.

The Oak Harbor Marina is a unique marina in the sense that it is a City owned public marina. Although a public City owned marina you can expect to find all of the amenities you would find in more expensive private marinas.
Holiday Weekends - 40' minimum for reservations on F dock.
We are FULL Labor Day Weekend.
The marina has a full service fuel dock (with inexpensive fuel) and offers the following discounts:
~5¢ off per gallon on purchases over 100 gallons
~20¢ off per gallon up to the cost of the first night of guest moorage.
Only one discount may be applied.
Diesel plus sales tax
Marina Office - Open 7 days a week, 7am to 5:45pm, Closed for Lunch Noon to 1pm
Fuel Dock- Open 7 days a week,7:30am to 5:30pm
MARINA OFFICE & FUEL DOCK WILL BE CLOSED ON MAJOR WINTER HOLIDAYS

Afterhours guest moorage customers can pay via pay envelopes at the marina office pay-station. Contact the Marina host for restroom and main gate code. 360.929.0214
Some of the amenities that you will find at the Oak Harbor Marina are:

Ramp fee is not included in guest moorage. ~Oak Harbor Yacht Club Reciprocal - F-01 - First come, First serve ~Island Transit - Call Dispatch at (360) 678-7771 to reserve your trip. Our team is ready to assist you with bookings and answering any questions you have. The marina is Zone 3. The bus will only come down here Monday- Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (with the boater calling 2 hours prior & up to 2 weeks in advance).
