Very convenient. Having electricity and fresh water at your mooring spot is very nice. I was on spot 16. Unfortunately, a golf ball from the resort’s golf course hit my boat. Some sort of backstop is needed to prevent this. I would use this service again, regardless.

For canal reservations, please remember our check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out is 1:00 PM. Water and electric hook-ups run along both sides of the canal for convenient access. We recommend bringing extension cords to charge your batteries and water hoses to flush your motors. Trailers are not allowed on property, unless you have a condo with underneath parking. (Units 4106-4215, 4206-4215, 4130-4139, 4230-4239, and Villas 1-43 are the only allowed trailer parking.)
The boat owner must be an owner or a registered guest in a condominium at Sandpiper Cove. Boat ownership is defined to mean either personally or as the person with the controlling interest or majority stockholder of a corporation or partnership owning said boat.
