Outstanding marina with friendly service, great amenities, free to use bikes, and even a nice Honda minivan as a courtesy vehicle. Lee’s restaurant just a mile down the country lane to town is a great small town restaurant with great food and homemade pies. Indian Creek is just an ideal place to stop in the middle bay…a short run in with a great well marked deep channel. It’s beautiful.

Very nice quiet marina with lots of attractive upgrades, including new floating docks and shower rooms, and free bicycles and a courtesy car. Great reception and help with lines .

This marina is a wonderful stop. The people are so nice and helpful. They have a marina can we used to go into a great small town with several great restaurants. The marina is very clean and their docks are new floating docks. The bathrooms and laundry are also very clean.

We love this marina. They have it all now: great slips for transients, nice staff, laundry, amazing bath house, pool, bikes and a marina car. Not our first visit or our last.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The use of the courtesy van helps you get to several small towns with great restaurants. New floating piers. The restrooms with showers are clean. Stayed 3 nights and they gave us a break on fuel!

We stayed two days. The marina was well maintained. The marina staff was great. On 95-degree day the walk to town seemed a long way but they had a loaner car. Saltwater pool was nice. Met the owner and his kids great conversation about future plans for the marina. Definitely a future stop.

This is our second stay at the Chesapeake Boat Basin and really enjoyed our time here. With summer, the pool is now open and we had a fun cookout. We used the courtesy van to go into town a few times. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We've been telling our yacht club about CBB because this feels like a place the group should have as a regular destination.

The place was great but really could have used some help docking the boat. It was quite windy and self docking was difficult. The courtesy car was appreciated.

Been visiting this marina for 23 years. Better than ever. Nice/helpful staff & owner. Everything is SUPER CLEAN! Courtesy car. Best ice cream sandwiches ever. Kilmarnock and area are lovely - restaurants, shopping, grocery, more. Now the marina even has new floating docks dedicated to transients too! Eric F.

Great marina with wonderful people and nice floating docks. Gorgeous surroundings. The fuel dock/pumpout area is not obvious until you are there. The heads/showers were clean and nice, there was a lounge with coffee and water, and we were able to borrow the marina car to get a delicious Thai meal in Kilmarnock as well as make a provisions run to Food Lion the same evening. Definitely recommend this marina and will be back!

Wow! What a little gem this place turned out to be. Brand new, floating docks, deep water, brand, new showers with glass enclosure‘s! Plus, a courtesy car. Topher, the new owner, is very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. in a pretty, quiet setting on virginia’s Northern neck.

This is a very well run marina. Super friendly staff and Parker was awesome helping me to dock, I am solo. New floating docks for transients, really well constructed. New pedestals well lit at night. The best were the new clean restrooms with brand new showers. Numerous showers. And clean new laundry machines. I’ve been sailing south from Maine for the past 4 months and these are the nicest facilities I’ve seen. As a comparison, the bathrooms and showers at the Annapolis Harbormaster are gross. Also, the marina was easy in and out on my way south. Great place. And they give you a van to drive to dinner or to provision. 5 stars.

The new piers and bathhouse are wonderful. The staff is very friendly! There are bikes and a van to share among the transients...and a pool with a view! Relaxing and comfortable...we'll be back!!

Reservations went flawlessly, radioed upon approach and took fuel. Josh, the dockhand was quick and very helpful, Then Parker came from the office to give slip assignment and met me at our slip. Beautiful new floating docks and very easily manageable with larger fairways. Cathy in the office was helpful when I inquired about local places of interest and even offer use of marina vehicle. The highlight was being in the salt water pool. Can’t say enough good about this marina. It may seem a bit off the bay but the 1.5 miles up the Indian Creek is serene and picturesque. We will return!!
