The people who work here are super helpful and nice. We really loved the location and the views of the city are unbeatable! The marina is just around the corner from the Staue of Liberty. Perfect location.
The gift shop is quiet nice and the prices are surprisingly reasonable.
Also, the fuel dock is open 24/7. Just use your cc if no one is at the fuel dock to help. This is unbeatable!
Our daughter and her family met us here for a day sail. They parked the car in the parking lot while we were out for the day and it was only $7. Very reasonable.

Dockhand was outright rude ("Dude don't know how to drive a boat"). Harbormaster was unapologetic for dockhand's comments, and argumentative. Insisted that assingning me a slip that required me to spin a 40' full keel sailboat in a 45' fairway after negotiating a "bit of an ess curve" (his words) qualified as "easy-in, easy-out" which we had specifically requested. Great location for a marina. But prohibitively expensive. And suitable only for highly maneuverable boats with bow and stern thrusters. The cherry on top was management's New York couldn't care less attitude.

Iāve stayed at liberty Landing many times over the years and it has always proven to be a good stop. Greg at the fuel dock was very helpful in a time of high fuel prices there a fuel price was the lowest I could find in the area. The docks are in good condition and the marina remains nice.

Popped over for a one night stay as we had dinner reservations at the restaurant. Marina staff is very professional and helpful. The marina is wonderfully located with excellent views of Manhattan.

Liberty House restaurant was very good and included a fantastic view of lower Manhattan. Everyone, from the waitstaff to the owner, were very accommodating and made you feel at home. Recommend you dine here during your stay.

If their internet worked for boats docked farther away from the Wi-Fi source, I would give them a 5 star. Showers have chilly water. Otherwise this is a well-maintained, great location with ferry to NYC right in the marina.

Liberty Landing is a wonderful Marina - Great Location, at Liberty State Park, which is a really nice, clean, State Park. Liberty Landing Ferry is right there, and has you into the City in only 15 minutes. The staff at the Marina is great, their Ship Store is like a little West Marine, and the Restroom facilities are top notch, as well as 2 outstanding Restaurants - Maritime Parc, and Liberty House. If you have bikes, I would highly recommend that you ride the State Park, AND, ride the Jersey City Riverwalk

Great marina, docks in great shape, diesel available but expensive, no visible security late at night and dock gate was always left open. However since the location of the marina is not near residential areas there probably isnāt much need for security, however this is still Jersey City, enough said. Definitely quiet and calm at night, we will be back.

Slips and staff are great. The issue is that like all marinas in the New York area they are killing the transient business by changing $7.50 a foot for a short overnight stay. Thats after I buy $1,500 in fuel.
Every business needs to understand when they are killing the golden goose.

A favorite stop usually. Facility and staff all very professional. Our last visit we had an exception to past visits. Slip assignment was less than ideal. The usual spectacular views were blocked by construction crew. Adjacent boat seemed as though it were abandoned. WiFi did not work. We will return and hope this was an exception to the normal great experiences of the past.

Arrived after hours and no one had information for us. Even emailed the day before to let them know that we would arrive after hours. Gate shed tried to help and eventually gave us a key. No Wi-Fi password. But found a nice spot.

Most pleasant experience. We arrived there at the same time as countless other boats the evening before the Around Long Island Regatta . Despite the rush hour, the Dock staff was able to provide excellent docking help, the checking lady and all other staff we had contact with were extremely professional and courteous. We recently stayed at Liberty Landing for two evenings. The facility and staff are excellent. Shout out to Kyle, Kwame and Janer for providing excellent service (if I got the names incorrect, my apologies). We have a new boat and they were superb at helping us dock and depart. We got fuel at the docks there and the staff efficiently also checked us in to the marina during the process.
The floating docks make getting in and out of your vessel easy and managing lines a breeze. There is a mariners private lounge with great facilities (showers, business. center, etc). The view to NY harbor is amazing and the restaurants are very good. We had a nice meal at one of the restaurants. There is effortless ferry service to Manhattan and I would also suggest going across and walking in Jersey City. We ate at Lighthouse Cafe - it was excellent as well. From the facility, you can walk/run for miles enjoying the splendor of the harbor
Liberty Landing is not an inexpensive venue, but it is WELL WORTH the cost. When we return to NYC harbor, I will unhesitatingly stay there!! Won't even research other items because our experience was "as good as it gets"

Outstanding, all staff are professional, friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Perfect location, two excellent restaurants on site, all amenities, clean well equipped showers, bathroom and laundry. Ship store is fully stocked with necessities, and if not they will get it for you! My husband had been searching for wiper replacements for two years, we have six sets that were said to surely be the right ones, and they are not, the ship store manager knew exactly hat we needed, ordered them and we had them the next day. Liberty Park amazing views of NYS skyline, Ellis and Lady Liberty, walking/running bike trails, easy access to ferries. Protected, secure floating docks. We stayed five days to fit all the things in and we will be back.

Very nice marina with floating docks and good amenities. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable about handling boats and docking. Margaret in the office was super helpful when we needed a document printed and notarized. They have a notary in the office and they notarized the document with no charge. The marina is also very convenient to lower Manhattan and Battery Park by water taxi or subway from NJ. Will definitely stay again.

We were thankful for a nice, snug slip after a long offshore passage from Atlantic City. The staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were nice, and you canāt beat the location. Special shout out to Josh who helped us tie up upon arrival and with pumping out / refueling the next morning. He really hustles and was very professional - thanks Josh!

Liberty Landing Marina has excellent, experience staff at the docks and fuel pier, and neither the facilities nor the views of NYC can be beat. Our only unhappiness this trip is that, through no fault of the Marina, an off-site water main break left the entire place without water. There was no apparent effort to notify anyone of the problem, to close the unusable toilets that were used anyway, or to somehow bypass the problem. Twelve hours later water returned, but by then we were on our way again. Four stars instead of five for its less-than-satisfactory response to this problem.

Nice people, nice location. Ferry does not run to Manhatten on weekends/holidays. So expensive Uber required. Most annoying, only 1 gate card per boat! Very inconvenience.

We arrived after closing and it was not at all clear how to check in. Wandered around asking till was finally sent to the parking lot attendant. He couldnāt have been nicer! Used the self-service kiosk to re-fuel. It took 3 transactions to fill the tank and then there was no paper for receipts. Thankfully we took photos of the pump readings. Got to our slip and the electric outlet wouldnāt fit our plug, so we moved to use a different power source. For the price, it was a pretty lousy experience.

Dockmaster Janer Vasquez gave us very clear and careful directions to our assigned slip and met us to handle our lines. Guest lounge and toilet/shower facilities are luxurious and very clean. Pump out is only $5! We took the ferry to nearby Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. Great place and highly recommended.

Dock hands were very helpful when docking. Unfortunately, restaurants on marina location are closed Monday through Thursday except for one who opens in Wednesday. I donāt understand why you close your restaurant during the summer months when you have an full marina. Why not have winter hours and summer hours.

Very pleasant marina. We stayed at the North Cove IGY across the the river on Manhattan and it was terrible - every huge freighter bounced you around like a toy boat - even the 50m plus boats. But Liberty Landing is protected marina - smooth, calm, great views of the city, and only 10 more mins in an Uber to get to most of the places you'll go in Manhattan. Very nice alternative

We called to make a reservation. The woman that answered said use the app. So we did. We requested 50 amp power and the attendant put us in a slip with 30 amp. We asked to change and he wanted to put us in front of a work boat with a good 15ā of our boat hanging off. We went to another slip after that. Then went to the bathrooms and our key card didnāt work and had to walk to find security.

Pumpout available at the dock. Showers clean and pleasant, nice boaters lounge, marine store with free coffee also sells snacks, beer, wine -- all convenient to impeccably maintained docks. Excellent restaurant right there at the marina. The view from the docks is priceless.

There were no wakes or effects of tides and currents. The view of Lower Manhattan is fantastic. The facilities (showers, laundry) are clean and well-maintained. We needed some groceries such as fruits and vegetables so we walked into Jersey City. We found the pedestrian part of Newark Avenue to be vibrant with great mom-and-pop stores and fantastic murals. We have been to NYC many times so did not go there during this stay, but access by ferry is easy.

Marina is in a good spot, and in and out are straightforward, although you have to be careful of ferry boat traffic in New York. The folks are helpful and friendly (and considering it is New York, that is remarkable). The one negative was that the restaurant in the marina building was closed and the other restaurant on site had a private party. Poor planning on someone's part.

We had a quick stop here. The slip assignment was confused between the two men on the dock, so we prepped for a port tie, only to get in and and find it was starboard. Luckily, they are competent and we got tied up easily. This is truly a full service marina with all of the necessities - very well stocked ship store, restaurants. 24 hour fuel, pump out (although it was "full" when we were there, so check on this if you need it, thankfully, we did not), great recreational space, amazing views, etc. It was very quiet and calm, yet you are in the middle of the city. Super cool stop!

This is a great resort, amazing bathrooms/showers for marina guests. There is a store onsite. The restaurants are only open Thurs-Sun. Right behind the Statue of Liberty. The stay was excellent ā¦ The Dock master Ali was extremely friendly and helpful ! He made sure we had everything that we needed for the boat during our stayā¦. Also the Boat store was excellent !! The employee Greg was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had the correct parts for the boat ! The showers were clean and comfortable ! As was the Captains Lounge! The two reasons that Iām not giving them five stars is because the on site restaurants had funny hours ā¦ However the quality of the food was very good .. My second complaint is that the WiFi was not very good at all!! We ended using a hot spot in the boat insteadā¦.. Besides that the staff and employees were excellent , the views were amazing and I will definitely be returning! Thank you !

I would give this marina zero stars if I could. This is my second season storing my boat here and will be my last. I chose this marina based on it's promise of "full service", yet they are so short staffed that the most basic functions I rely on are impossible. The service center doesn't respond to any phone calls/emails.... will halfway start a project then never actually finish it completely to the point you have to keep begging for updates and tracking things they cant seem to keep track of. The pump out boat that is supposed to offer a subscription service never actually comes around to pump-out your boat bc there is either no one to staff it, or it's broken (Getting a pump-out this season has been impossible). The marina wifi doesnt function. When trying to discuss any issues or concerns with management, no one returns your calls- it is clear they just simply do not care. Do yourself the favor and avoid the headache of dealing with this marina.

This is one of the best marinas we have stayed at on the Loop. Ivan is so knowledgeable and helpful. He sourced a new chart plotter for us and arranged installation. Andrew and his team are cheerful pros, great at making us feel welcome. Ed and Pete installed a new auto pilot and chart plotter and were a pleasure to work with. Chuck fixed the bow thruster with speed and accuracy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Very helpful staff with fueling and docking!! Nice facilities with exceptionally nice shower room. We were there on a Saturday and the ferry to NYC does not run on Saturday. Tried for 20 minutes to get an Uber or Lyft. Ended up walking to the PATH station. 45 mins and taking the subway to World Trade Center. I would love to see a water taxi service across or a shuttle to the PATH center.

The marina itself was fine, there is a major problem that tarnished the experience. It took a while to have someone make up our keycards for restroom access, no big deal. We had dinner and went to shower and found out the bathrooms close at 5pm. As we had to depart early the next day we were unable to use the facilities at all. Their website clearly states bath facilities are open 24/7 with a card and this is one of the reasons we chose this place. Not informing us of this at any time during our interactions with any staff is completely unacceptable

Iāve overnighted at LLM on my passages to ACK from Annapolis over four years. Every time we love this marina. After a long day on the water, we love walking along the waterfront in Liberty Park. Two restaurants at the Park are terrific. The marina store is very well supplied. The docks are clean and well maintained. The marina staff is very professional.

when we arrived we were told that that bathrooms/showers were closed and when when pressed that we took a slip with the expectation to access to bathrooms and showers we were told to go to the "west" building that at least a 1/4 of a mile walk each way. Also, we found no places to put our trash and you were limited to to the hours of the dockmaster 's hours to purchase ice. We were also not clearly told where our slip space was and if wanted anything from a store in Jersey City, it was at least a half an hour walk, not worth the expense. Also, security is a joke, the door to our dock was tied open with a rope. It like is doesn't have a manger that gives a craps of how the business is being run, blaming everything on Covad. It not Covad, it's bad management.

I have had my boat here for 2 and 1/2 years. I am fully satisfied with all aspects of service. Dockmaster Andy and Kwami and Ali are right on it. Ivan and his staff are great. On our trip from Long Island my wife was experiencing abdominal pain (that she described as 1000 time worse than child birth). Upon arrival I went to the office were you register to get help calling an ambulance. From the moment I told them what was happening George took control. After calling 911 he returned with me to the boat waiting to insure the ambulance got to us ASAP. Subsequently, my wife had emergency surgery 4 hours later which saved her life. The Marina arranged for us to keep the boat there until my wife was able to travel home. I can't thank them enough, especially George. The dock master ( George) and crew , were courteous, professional and friendly. Docking directions were clear and easy to understand. The Marina is a first class operation. Great location, but major problems with the management.
1. If you care about your boat, do not let their service department touch it. They will charge you tens of thousands of dollars for doing work that doesnāt need to be done to fix problems they never fix. They never hold to their estimates and youāll have no idea what theyāre going to charge until it shows up in your credit card statement. They also have no idea how to clean up after themselves when they do work on your boat.
2. Theyāve raised their rates significantly every year and have made zero investments in the property. The gates are constantly broken. The security cameras donāt work and their bubbler system fails regularly leaving ice to damage your boat while they wait weeks for parts and do nothing to find an interim solution.
3. This is a facility owned by an investment company that puts dollars over boaters, complete anathema to the boating community.

My club (Masthead Cove Yacht Club out of Huntington, NY) had 22 sail boats stay here from June 21 - 23. The dock master participated in a Captain's meeting before we arrived - definitely above and beyond. Our arrival and stay coincided with the SailGP races and the marina was a very active place. Despite this and high gusty winds when we arrived, the Marina crew (Irene specifically - the voice on the radio who directing us to our slips) did a fantastic job in making sure we all get in safely. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience!

Very nice facility with good, solid floating docks, very helpful dock staff. In addition to clean, modern bathrooms and showers, there's a fabulous lounge with good, strong WiFi, and comfortable chairs and desks. This place ain't cheap, but it's essentially New York City (not actually) so that's to be expected. But it is well protected and a good, safe place to visit with frequent shuttle ferries across to Manhattan.

We had a wonderful time staying at this marina. It was quiet, safe, and the employees were very friendly and willing to help. The bathroom/shower facilities are impeccable and we felt like we were at a spa! We also enjoyed Romeo, the adorable dog, that came to visit us every morning. The ferry is convenient and Surf City is walking distance. We will be back!

It was so perfect, staff, cleanliness, professionalism, service..... I al.pst want to keep it as my little secret. Us the et sky tour of Manhattan is a must!!!!. It really is a diamond in the rough. Irene, Andrew and Ali plus all the staff are First class, warm and well organized. The park attached is a bonus and the ferry to Manhattan is every 30 minutes. Drinks in Jersey city is amazing and a very takes you across canal very 15 minutes. Boats from jet ski size to yachts behind imagination.

LLM was quick to meet us on The does and catch a line for us. Stayed for two nights and found the docks sturdy, well protected from wind and the Hudson River current. A great marina when in NYC Harbor.

I'm usually very impressed with Liberty Landing. Cleanliness and service are phenomenal. In this case, however, I booked two weeks in advance and when I checked in, they had double-booked my space and didn't have a spot for me. I had to wait about 40 minutes for them to eventually put me on the end of a crowded T-dock. I feel like I paid for a slip, but didn't receive one, for my 11 day stay. I'm really disappointed with the disorganization of their check-in process in this case.

If you have stayed anywhere else on the Hudson, then you know how uncomfortable it can be with the waves and wakes.
At Liberty, it was flat calm in the marina. The facilities are beautiful. Great ships store as well. Had a fireworks display from the park next door and a view of the Statue of Liberty. A water taxi leaves every hour from the marina and takes you right to NYC near the 911 Memorial. $7 a person!!!
Marina personnel were very helpful with fueling and docking etc. Great place!!

Everything about this marina was awesome! No issue getting situated in our slip. The view of the Freedom Tower is truly spectacular! Nicely sheltered from the Hudson river traffic. We didn't take advantage of the ferries to NYC, which were right there. Maybe next time.

We had a great time. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The bathrooms were clean. The grounds are well maintained. The ferrys into manhattan ran every 30 minutes making access to the city easy. The wi-fi is not the greatest but we had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Shore power dropped below 200V which shutdown the air con. had to start up the generator on board. Talked to Marina for refund ($0.60/ft x 67 ft = $40.20) but they said that since the booking was done through Dockwa at an all-inclusive rate they were unable to provide refund. Can we get the refund through Dockwa? Please get back to me either way at [email protected].

This was our first time going here and when I hailed them on Ch. 72 they gave perfect directions though it took a couple of calls due to people stepping on our conversation. Frank was standing by to guide us in asking if I'd prefer bow in or stern in. He efficiently tied us up and I did not have to step off the boat to connect anything. The staff was courteous and friendly. When ever staff went by they said good morning, afternoon or evening. Was concerned about access to D dock, which is the transient dock but was reassured by the General Manager that our boat was quite safe and explained all the security that was in place.
We particularly liked that the boats to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty were conveniently located within a short walk from the marina.
There is also a ferry that runs from there to within a few blocks walk of the World Trade Center for a reasonable price.
There are two restaurants there as well. We visited Liberty Park and sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks and some sushi. The sushi was fantastic and the bartenders were awesome.
We didn't get to use all the amenities the marina had to offer but we will on our next visit.

No actually I did not stay there on that date. I may have made some error in booking it, I wanted the following weekend. But I tried to contact the marina through your system before I realized my mistake and after and they have failed to reply. As I assess it, a great system for taking my money not so much for customer service. If I could rate it minus five stars I would.

From my sign up online in January to my confirmation call to Dockmaster Andrew on June 30th, my reservation and stay at Liberty Landing Marina was just wonderful. As we approached the marina my call in to channel 72 was received with enthusiasm and perfect instruction to our slip where a dock mate greeted us and helped us to tie up and get set. During our stay Dockmaster Andrew even came by and chatted with us, making us feel a part of the party called Liberty Landing Marina!

They confirmed the reservation and then 2 hrs later said they made a mistake. Turns out the second mess was sent to me in error but it caused panic since it was the day we were to arrive. They messed up on Instructions into the Marina and had to turn us around. No problem but odd. Most importance tly, not enough electrical to run the A/C. Our friends had the same problem.

The facilities are fine and the staff in the store are friendly, but the dock hand who helped us get in to a very tight space behind a ferry was not particularly skilled and gave us pretty much no information - where to check in, garbage, etc. It seems a bit exorbitant even for NYC to charge $4.50/foot plus another $0.40 per foot for electricity. No wi-fi either.
