150 For trailer parking that was not discussed. 25 to drop in 25 to pull out. Just be transparent and tell people the cost. I was just here a couple months ago and none of this was discussed. Lots of communication with the doc Master. Even though you give her your plans, she still wants to reiterate checkout times when you're not even on site anymore. Trying to micromanage from my phone

We had the best experience at Banana Bay Marina. From the moment we got there until the moment we left , Sarah, was one of the best Dockmasters we have ever encountered. If there was any problem, whether it was with the bathrooms, parking, pumping out, she was there, and she solved every problem. She was very knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do in Marathon Key! Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

We brought our boat from Cocoa to Marathon in May and stayed until July 1st. We enjoyed it so much! There was always something to do. They have a magnificent swimming pool, courtesy bicycles, and tennis courts. My favorite thing to do at night was go to the beach bar and watch the sunset. Sarah, the marine manager was awesome! She made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She and her husband, Chris were so incredibly welcoming. We will definitely go back next year.

Beware of hidden fees. Staff called me on the day of arrival and asked if I needed trailer parking which was an extra $150 dollars and $50 to use the boat ramp to put my boat in and take it out.

Very very very expensive, I was visiting this hotel for the last 5 years twice a year And I will never come back. I can’t believe that I have to pay for the dock and the trainer and the hotel. Banana bay hotel is a mess. The pool it’s horrible the garden is horrible. Breakfast was the mist poor offers I have ever seen. Banana bay resort and marina you will never see me again

The Dock Master was very nice and help us all week. I look forward to visit next year.

Beautiful little harbor marina with picture postcard laid back island vibe feel to it. Super friendly community. Marina staff awesome people. Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back! 😊🛥️🏝️

What a great marina! Very well kept, and everything is in order. A super positive change from the previous years. No more clutter on the docks is a huge bonus, and Sara, the dock master, was nothing but super pleasant and helpful through our entire stay. Can't wait to come back! Just wish the bar was open more frequently.

Everything was perfect. Great little marina!

Very nice Old Florida feel. Staff and boaters all very nice and helpful.only problem is that I paid four times the monthly rate and so I paid $2,850 for two weeks which would have paid for two months if I made the reservation without DOCKWA. Everyone recommended that I not use DOCKWA. Using it cost us quadruple the rate other boaters paid. Ron Campbell, MV/Rachel

Sara the Dockmaster was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Several good restaurants walking distance and a great sunset bar at the point.

There was some confusion at the start of our stay because there wasn’t a dockmaster. However they have hired one now and she is making a lot of positive contributions. They have working dockside pump out. The showers aren’t fancy, but functional. The pool is very nice. The property is located in desirable location close to restaurants and grocery

I’m not sure why people gave this place negative reviews. It is not the Ritz, and if you need a dock master and army of dock help to get your boat situated, this isn’t your place. It was quiet and clean. The people in the marina were friendly. It has showers, laundry, WiFi, and even a really cool beach bar. I would stay again.

No organization at all. People gets on unpaid docks. No one answers the phone. No ice, no nothing!

We were disappointed because the assigned slip was taken by someone else and there was no dockmaster to correct the issue. This was a common complaint at Banana Bay

Love this location but they need a Dockmaster. My family has been coming here for 40 years and we’ve never seen the marina like this. We showed up with someone in our slip multiple days in a row. Some shore power outlets are not working. They need someone to take control before things get worse. But the dock is sturdy and well protected. Still the best sunset in the keys!

Visit to Banana Bay Marina was good. Was able to secure slip 10 after they originally assigned slip 6. I prefer slip 10 or 12 due to my location at the Marathon Key Beach Club. Banana Bay should spend a few bucks to level out their drive in front of docks and the trailer parking area. Over all experience was good as usual. We have been coming there for over 15 years.

The food was good the people are nice but from Sunday to Friday only cleaned our room once and the dock was a disaster I payed 400 dollar for a dock slip and never got to park in my slip and my boat had the Garmin stolen and just ripped right off my boat and some other stuff was taken as well need better security I have over a hundred thousand dollars worth of gear and I don't want to be spending 2 or 3 hours carrying it up to the room everyday I think maybe no locals should be able to come in and make only available to guests because that would cut way down on theifs but when I go back to the keys I'm going to rent a bed and breakfast with my own personal dock cause I don't want to be worried about stuff being stolen or my spot that I pay for because I didn't get to use it none and all that the room was ok but I booked a room looking towards water from balcony and they put me on other side but it was fun if I get better security and a dock master then I would stay again just had to many mistakes no offense but I should get what I paid for and I'm on vacation at a resort I should not have to worry about getting robbed by locals while I sleep

Our 13th year in a row keeping our boat there. Quiet, protective area with everything you may need.

There was no dock master to be found. The weekend crowds that keep their barely floating antiques in the marina long term still show up on Friday and sprawl out across the docks. One slip has a deep freezer and multiple grills on the dock. Garbage can overflowing from the weekend was finally emptied on Wednesday. We had to leave a day earlier than planned and went to front desk at hotel to inquire about being credited for the unused day and was told that the hotel manager is the “acting” dock master, never saw the person in my 9 days there. It is a beautiful marina that is going down hill with the live abourd and weekend people taking over the docks and poor to non existent onsite management.

Marina is fine, but you need an accessible Dock master who returns phone calls. The next issue is your live aboards junking up your Marina. Beautiful Marina with junk accumulating around their boats.

Dockmaster Tom was very pleasant and accommodating.
