Marina and dock team are the best. Nancy and Drew are particularly great to work with.
Service, on the other hand, is terrible, often failing to resolve problems, then charging clients for fixing their own mistakes, charging for more labor hours than actually applied, and communicating unpredictably. More interested in squeezing revenue than customer satisfaction, which would also maximize revenue over the long term. This is not a criticism of the technicians, many of whom are excellent, but their value gets lost behind the profit first / customer last policy.

LM did a great job on our stay a few weeks back. Our reserved space was ready and clear; water and power hookups were easy and reliable. Plenty of dock staff and the launch service across the harbor made things easy. Showers were clean, spacious and well equipped. Would come here again!

Camden Harbor is a crowded busy place but LM are up to it. They directed me expertly to my mooring. The complimentary launch arrived within a few minutes. The dock staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us an information brochure. The fee shuttle runs every 5-10 mins to the opposite side of the harbor. The new facilities including 24 h lounge bathrooms and showers were excellent. I all I give this 5 stars. I will stop there again and was worth every penny spent

Well-kept moorings, prompt & friendly launch service and a dock crew that bent over backwards to be helpful - what more could you ask?

Everything was just great. The people, the entire wharf, the food, shops, the bathroom/laundry. As nice a a boutique modern Hotel in any city!!!

Nothing has changed. Still 5 stars after several more visits. One of the best run operations we have been to and they have eveything. Good shop and mechanics, good food, good dock staff, free launch, free water taxi to town, reasonable prices.......if you have not been then you need to go.

The team at LM was first rate ! We enjoyed our stay in the mooring field and were expertly guided to our spot in a busy harbor . The launch service was fast and efficient , and dinner at the marina was terrific . We wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time we are cruising Maine’s beautiful coast . Stayed on a float in the inner harbor. Convenient launch service. Great facilities. First class operation in every way. Suggest the inner harbor floats vs mooring outside.

What a fantastic marina! We stayed 2 nights in July and the services and restaurants were terrific, but more importantly the staff was outstanding. We originally were scheduled for 1 night and when we wanted to stay a 2nd, they found a spot for us on one of the most crowded days of the season. They also made sure we didn't have to raft as we had never had do this before. Finally the staff jumped in and had three people helping us with departure on a very windy day. ..and made a very scary situation manageable! We are back up in September and plan on visiting them again at least once per year.

Always a pleasant stay in this beautiful harbor and town. We like the moorings for their more peaceful atmosphere. Mornings closer to Curtis Island provide better refuge in a SW wind than those on the other side of the entrance channel. Great launch service free to LM mooring customers, but be sure to tip as a courtesy. Ditto for pump out handled by the Harbormaster.

Great facility with amazing dock staff. And a free water taxi to take you across the short bay to downtown. The on site restaurant is a bit of a limited menu but food was good.

We stay at Lyman‑Morse in Camden every year on our boat, Bridging The Gap, and it’s consistently an exceptional experience. The marina is beautifully run, the amenities are top‑tier, and the crew is always outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Every visit feels effortless, welcoming, and reliably first‑class.
The location is unbeatable, the docks are in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere makes it one of our favorite annual stops. Lyman‑Morse continues to set the bar for what a marina experience should be. Highly recommended for any boater cruising the Maine coast.

Important Note: Rafting may be required on the main dock. Those who elect not to raft must notify us, via the Special Request field or Chat in Dockwa, at the time of booking. If we are able to accommodate, be advised that you will be charged at the $10.00 per foot rate.
Inner Harbor Floats may also be requested by booking a mooring and making a request for an Inner Harbor Float via Special Request or Chat in Dockwa. Be advised that the maximum LOA for an Inner Harbor Float is 42'. If we are able to accommodate you, there will be an additional $45/night be added to your bill.
